About this property

Daró 3D 49 - modern, pool, corner house, 250m from the beach

This corner house, with a capacity for 6 people, is located just 250 meters from the beach. It is a modern accommodation, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. In addition, it has a community pool and a spacious garden completely fenced for your comfort.



The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and WIFI connection. From here, you will have access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, awning, and barbecue. The independent kitchen, renovated in 2022, is well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, and there is also a toilet on this floor.



On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a main bathroom with a shower tray (new in 2022) and a washing machine. You will also find a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony. All bedrooms are tastefully designed and offer a comfortable atmosphere.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of 15 Kw per day is included. Overconsumption is paid separately. The garage is not available for guests.

Una casa excelente

La casa es maravillosa, hemos estado muy a gusto en ella, con todo cerca y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas muy buenas vacaciones. Muchas gracias! Tuvimos un problema con la nevera que no enfriaba pero gestionaron la solución de manera eficaz. Los dias que pasamos fueron de mucho calor, había ventiladores pero quizá si hubiera aire acondicionado seria una casa de 10.

Proximité de la plage et le jardin de la maison Avoir impérativement un réseau internet efficace Ne pas avoir des voitures juste devant l'entrée de la piscine très gênant pour se garer ... il y avait toujours 3 voitures devant l'entrée de la piscine donc pas simple pour nous pour rentrer notre voiture dans la cours de la maison

Vacaciones tranquilas en familia

Ubicación excelente muy cerca de la playa y de un parque natural. Zona tranquila. Casa recién reformada y bien equipada. A destacar la atención de Linda. Servico de mantenimiento rápido y eficaz. Pasamos tres semanas estupendas de vacaciones en familia .
