Fabulous property. Central to downtown Vancouver, everything was walkable. Property was very clean and property manager was easy to work with. Great place!
Stayed with two friends for a conference. The location is premium with all amenities within walking distance. Property manager was communicative, and directions were clear.
It was really convenient staying at this property. We were central to everything, not too far from the airport or the ferries.The condominium was very clean and getting in and out of the building was very easy
Very convenient location downtown Vancouver. We were able to walk to a lot of places. The place is beautiful with comfortable beds, clean and it had everything we needed.
This apartment is in a great location in Vancouver - easy walking to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, one of the toilets was not fully functional when we were there and one of the bathroom faucet handles was missing. Otherwise, it was a very nice apartment and very comfortable for our stay.
Ideally placed to be able to explore Vancouver this apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great views. Comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and lots of wardrobe space. It offered more flexibility for us than a hotel and was much better value. We had intended to use the apartment's own washer and drier as is advertised but this was broken which we didn't know about until we arrived. However there is an onsite communal laundry available. Other than this we were very happy with the accommodation and would return in the future and recommend to friends.
Great location, top-notch property, modern, same site as outstanding Sheraton Wall Centre. Convenient garage parking included. My only suggestion is to give specific instructions to find the right section of the parking garage which is large and confusing. When you enter keep turning left (counter-clockwise) until you get to the P3 “tenant only” gate.
Everything was perfect, nice location for family of 4 well located, clean and all furnished. The access to the parking was a plus as parking in Vancouver is problematic. Nice restaurants nearby, walking distance to Yaletown!!!!
It was perfect for 5 of us! We loved the location. The view of the city was amazing, the apartment was spacious, with lots of natural lights coming in. We loved it! Thank you!
Location was excellent and accommodation was nice. Only downside was only 1 bedroom had a rather large tv while rest of condo didn’t. If our stay was longer this would’ve been an issue. Otherwise I would recommend this place and will book for future visits.
I rented the property with my family of 4. It is a fantastic little gem, very close to all the markets and big shopping around. Couldn't get better as pretty much everything is walking distance.

The property is well situated in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. It was very clean. If you have any questions the owner gets back to you right away. He provided very detailed instructions on how to get the key and because of that it went smoothly.
What a terrific location! We met our friends here, rendezvousing from two different states. It could not have been easier. We were given DETAILED instructions in advance. (Read them all.) We cabbed from the airport, the driver waited while we picked up the key, and dropped us at the door. GREAT location! We thoroughly enjoyed Vancouver and Victoria before meeting our cruise ship. This is a very walkable neighborhood, and we walked all over Vancouver.
I thank the property manager for being so detailed and so responsive. We absolutely would stay here again!
We came for a convention at the attached Sheraton hotel, and even with the "discount rate" of the convention room block, the price was astronomical for the most basic room. Splitting this apartment with our friends was like having a suite for half the price. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean, very convenient, and secure, with a private parking space in the gated portion of the garage. We were expecting the check-in key pickup to be a bit of a hassle, but it was actually quite easy. The only slight negative was that the "home theater" (which is kind of listed as the selling point of the Vrbo) isn't very exciting. It's a nice TV in the master bedroom and not really a "home theater". Still, we ended up not being around enough to use it, so we were totally satisfied with our stay. We will absolutely reserve this place again the next time we attend the convention.

The procedure to obtain the key was most unsavoury, in a very seedy area where 2 police met us at the door to the supermarket where the key safe was located. Hate to have been on my own draging my case around there.
Also quite uncomfortable with sooooo many personal family photos etc all over the walls including bedrooms.
The only TV was in the main bedroom??? Difficult for 2 couples.
Apartment had absolutely everything we needed. Plenty of eateries & lovely shops close by.
Walking distance to/from everything including Canada place. Public transport at the door.

This is a great central location. Easy walk to Granville Island ferry and even to Stanley Island bike rentals. There is a taxi stand right in front and numerous bus lines on Burrad Street. The only location negative is the proximity to the hospital so there can be a lot of sirens and even on the 16thfloor they are loud. The TV only being in the main bedroom is a negative if you want to watch something with another couple, they would have to come into the bedroom and bring chairs. It should also be noted in the listing in bold that no TV services are provided. Bring your streaming service password. It would also be good if a listing of nearby restaurants and stores was provided. This is standard practice in all the vacation rentals I have done world-wide along with a map of the city.
An unusual and somewhat inappropriate request was to take out the trash and the recyclables. Yes to putting trash in trash bags and containers and yes to separating recyclables but not to dump the trash or take recycling down 16 floors and separate on three different levels. This should be part of the cleaning service.
Overall a very good stay.
Loved the location, great walking distance from where we wanted to be. Clean, comfortable beds, would have been nice to have a TV in the main room, but property was just as advertised. Happy with the value and would stay again
