Excellent stay

We really enjoyed our visit in a modern, clean and comfortable apartment, right in the heart of Skipton and in easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales. We felt really welcome and the facilities were excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing short stay

We really enjoyed our short break in Skipton. The apartment was exactly as advertised, very modern and clean with everything you need. Location is great in the town centre and easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and bars. Great to have the underground parking and the complex is barrier and fob controlled so all very safe.

Wonderful apartment

This apartment was ideal for our stay for our son's wedding. It is very central in Skipton, beautifully equipped and very comfortable. Andrea, the host, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this home.

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely apartment, thoughtfully laid out & equipped. I also liked the private parking & the lift. The property was quiet & sitting on the balcony as the sun went down was delightful. We will be back.

Amazing Stay

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful property and close to everything in Skipton. Andrea and her husband were both very helpful, they even offered to come help us park our car when us Canadians thought it would be a good idea to rent the biggest car in England. (Their parking spot is very large too). We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Skipton.

We all loved the apartment, beautifully furnished, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The apartment was perfect for us. The main living room was spectacular and very relaxing. Communication was really good, Andrea was vey quick in getting back to us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful modern apartment

A beautiful modern apartment within a minute walk of Skipton High st. Two modern bathrooms with good showers and comfortable beds in the 2 bedrooms. Lovely spacious kitchen/living area with 2 balconies leading off the space. Well equipped kitchen and nicely furnished living area. We had a very enjoyable stay and Andrea the host was excellent - answering questions promptly and ensuring easy access to the apartment. I would fully recommend this apartment!

Wedding stay in Skipton

Tilly’s Den is the perfect contemporary flat in Skipton. The Cavendish House is tucked back in off the main roads yet centrally located and walking distance to everything. Simply appointed, very comfortable pristine flat. Beautiful modern bathrooms with nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. Host kindly left a bottle of wine, Yorkshire tea and delicious biscuits! A very kind gesture. The kitchen had great appliances and all in excellent shape. The notebook about the area as far as restaurants and sightseeing was spot on. We went to most of the restaurants and sites. What a gem the Yorkshire Dales are! Our daughter’s wedding site was a quick 10 minutes away. We had a memorable visit to Skipton and will definitely return. People friendly, pubs and restaurants excellent as well as the magnificent scenery. Tilly’s Den was the perfect flat. Andrea’s directions and instructions were easy to follow and perfect. So nice having an indoor parking spot in inclement weather. One note; the elevator broke over the weekend- this was not an inconvenience for us, but could be for some. Andrea is a great host and answers any concerns promptly. We are so pleased with our selection! 5 stars for sure!!! Teri and Damian Soffer

Clean, Modern Flat

Lovely clean, modern flat. We had good weather and so we’re able to enjoy the bifolding doors and balcony. Great location for walking out into town. Easy parking.

Why they chose this property

We have a sister property Spindle Lilly, and we were told that the developer was doing another apartment. When we visited Tilly's Den we knew it was something we wanted to invest in. Right in the heart of Skipton, with the views of the local stone buildings south and west facing balconies - what could be better
