Beautiful property with helpful and attentive hosts!

We stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting friends who have relocated to the area. It was a perfect, family friendly base. The hosts had thought of everything from utensils to board games. The beds were comfy and the shower was lovely. The open plan layout downstairs really lends itself to the family atmosphere. We highly recommend to visit the Rattlers cider farm, Newquay Zoo, Perranporth Beach and the Trevaskis farm shop. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us!!

In einer ersten Beschreibung waren 2 Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche beschrieben. Vor Ort waren wir enttäuscht und negativ überrascht, weil wir nur ein Bad mit Duschwanne vorgefunden haben. Für 6 Personen eine Unterkunft anzupreisen, die nicht den Vorgaben entspricht, ist enttäuschend. In der Küche fehlt definitiv eine Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, in einer Art hinterhoflage, mit spartanischer Aussicht. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nie wieder buchen!!!

Dear Mike Thank you for taking the time on writing this review. We went above and beyond to please you every time you needed something. I proved to you the description of the house was correct, perhaps it was mistaken by other property. The views of the house are beautiful fields, the town of Hayle on the distant and the sea. What it’s so horrible about it??? Cornwall is a rural part of the UK I don’t really know what were you expecting. The house doesn’t have a dishwasher we don’t advertise the house as having a dishwasher, that is our personal choice, something that all guests must respect. Please do not stay with us again, specially if you can see the beauty of this part of the world.
