Located in King's Lynn, this holiday home is in a rural area and on a river. Whin Hill Cider and Royal West Norfolk Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Wells and Walsingham Light Railway and Courtyard Farm. Norfolk Lavender and Rainbow Park are also worth visiting.
We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous, spacious house. The kitchen is well stocked, the whole place is very clean and the parking was ideal. Communication was also very easy. Thank you

The host Milo is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend
The property was perfect for a family get together including a 3 year old. Everyone loved it. I think it's the best view we have had from a holiday home, just gorgeous in both directions.no-one wanted to leave.
Family get together with two young children and a dog. Beautiful property, interesting old mill with some charming original features. Kitchen very well equipped and a great selection of puzzles and games. Gorgeous location with wonderful views along the river - some great wildlife including hunting short eared owls, heron, tufted duck and a marsh harrier. Lovely villages nearby. Thoroughly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the property is in a wonderful position, looking out on countryside and water. It is very well appointed and comfortable and very convenient for the North Norfolk coast attractions in autumn.
