This is a lovely property. It is so well equipped and ideal for large groups of family and friends. We particularly enjoyed the location as it enabled us to travel to so many different places. Communication with the owner was excellent and the property was as described and even better. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Property is in immaculate condition and well kitted out both internally and externally for a family of nine expanding across three generations. The property is also enclosed and set well away from main roads offering excellent peace and quiet.
The house was beautiful and outdoor space was great for the kids to run around. There was plenty of space for 10 of us to spend time together and enjoy family meals around the table, both indoors and outside too. We had a lovely stay and found plenty of things to do near by.

The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to key attractions, allowing us to explore and relax. The kids loved the cozy setup and nearby activities. Highly recommend for families looking for a great escape in a stunning setting!”
House was really lovely in a central area for exploring the Norfolk coast.
The house was beautiful. Very light and tastfully furnished. We knew we were close to the sea with all the little touches. The children loved the outside space. Very well equipt.

Beautiful cottage, exceptionally well furnished and equipped. We really could not have asked for better and everything that we needed was provided for, there were four generations of our family present and every ones needs were catered for. The cottage is located on a quiet lane and feels very rural, but is also located conveniently close to local beaches and facilities. The hosts were super helpful and the cottage was spotlessly clean. Thank you for such a wonderful break that we all thoroughly enjoyed!
Absolutely great, everything we needed was there also nothing was too far away either. The host Kerry was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely go back again if needed that size of property.
The photos don't do this house justice! A beautiful house, best we have ever stayed in and we holiday in Norfolk as a group every summer. Quiet location but easy to drive into both Heacham and Hunstanton in a few minutes. Had everything we needed, would be back in a flash! Kerry's communication was excellent. Thanks for a fab holiday!

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped house for our family holiday, of 8 people from 7 to 90 years, + newish 1 and 1/2 year rescue dog.
Lovely enclosed front garden, plenty of private parking, very useful large enclosed patio area with lots of seating at large table behind house.
Host Kerry was very helpful, especially when we locked ourselves out!
Overall a great holiday home, highly recommend.
We stayed for New Year 2022/23 two families with children and a grandchild. The property was well equipped with a fabulous kitchen diner. Very clean and spacious. Lovely log burner enough space for everyone. The host was really accommodating (thanks for the wine, flowers and milk). Would definitely stay again.

This was a delightful family cottage in a quiet setting. There was lots of space for everyone especially in the kitchen which was very well equipped. Comfortable beds and it was very much a positive that there were lots of toilets. Front garden was lovely and gave suitable space for the children to play.
All in all a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic house, everything you need in a home from home
The property was well kept, very spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. We liked the fact that there were games to play and large tables inside and out big enough for the whole family.
The only slight issue we had which I forgot to tell Kerry was that one of my 2 dogs is a little adventurous and found a hole in the hedge in lovely front garden and wandered into the neighbours garden, so we kept them in the secure back garden to be safe.
Would love to stay again in the future.

Thanks so much for staying with us Lynda, so pleased you had a good stay and thank you for your kind words
The cottage was perfect for our family get together for 3 nights. The open layout works very well for a group for dining and conversation. There is a nice back garden and BBQ which we made the most of. The cottage is very well equipped with nothing needed other than your own food and drink. Kerry gave us lots of information about local pubs and restaurants and speciality shops (fresh fish and local crab). The situation is perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast with many very interesting beaches. I would thoroughly recommend this venue for groups to get away for rest and relaxation.

Many thanks Paul, we hope to welcome you again. Keep safe and well. Kerry
The house and location suited us really well, with 6 adults and 3 children aged 6, 5 and 2. The enclosed front garden was ideal for them to play before we went out for the day. The house was well-equipped and there was plenty of room for everyone. A variety of beaches within a short travelling distance - though the parking for the beaches isn’t cheap, you can stay all day and we were fortunate to have excellent weather. A ride on the narrow gauge railway (Wells/Walsingham) is fun for the youngsters and, if you don’t mind a longer journey, a day at Bewilderwood keeps them amused and active all day.
3 Hall Close Heacham was a great find! It's a really lovely house with everything provided that you might need. Having 4 bathrooms was great too on a family holiday...6 adults + 3 children (5, 6 & 8). Grandchildren took advantage of the large, enclosed garden. garden. The one drawback is that the beach isn't really within walking distance with young children but there are several great beaches within driving distance not too far away. The owner was easily contacted and couldn't have been more helpful. All in all I'd thoroughly recommend a stay at this lovely property.

The property was perfect for our party 6 adults and 4 children. It would have been an extra facility to enjoy the outside space, unfortunately although we cannot complain about the weather it wasn’t warm enough to eat outside.

About the host
Hosted by Kerry Walpole
I now live in Norfolk with my wife and 2 boys and Ralf the Irish Terrier. We bought the property after spending 1 weeks holiday on the North Norfolk Coast. We loved North Norfolk and came across this property which we thought would make a wonderful holiday home. We had wanted to have a holiday house for a while as we thought we could provide a great home which was comfortable and had everything you needed on holiday especially a well equipped kitchen. (Our worst bug bear when we stay away). Having had this property for 2 years we decided to move up to Norfolk permanently as we love it so much!
Why they chose this property
This area has some of the best coastline in England, accompanied by lovely countryside and villages. Norfolk is also blessed with also having some of the best restaurants in the country. The way of life is slower, the people are friendlier making it a very pleasant place to live and visit. If you like the great outdoors, Norfolk is for you. Horse riding, dog walking, Golf, swimming, sailing, wind surfing, hiking, walking, cycling, country houses, deer parks, boating, seal trips, amusements to name but a few of the activities that can be done nearby. We also have excellent public transport to both Kings Lynn and along the coast. We love Norfolk and hope you do too.
What makes this property unique
3 Hall Close is on the North Norfolk Coast, very close to wonderful beaches and great walks. There are wonderful attractions both on the coast and inland, including some wonderful stately homes of Sandringham, Holkham, and Houghton Hall. The property is large with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The cottage is tucked away but close to the sea and to so many of the gorgeous places to visit in Norfolk.
