Amazing. Welcoming. Stunning. Beautiful location

What a fabulous place so welcoming with little personal touches that made it extra special. Everything you could need and more. The owners have gone above and beyond. I have recommended to 5 people as they have seen my pictures and asked for details. The hot tuband Bbq where put to good use. Looking to rebook later in the year.

We had a delightful stay at this property, which is very well designed, furnished and equipped. The location was so lovely, with quiet scenic views and perfect for just relaxing, either sitting in the garden, enjoying a BBQ or soaking in the hot tub. The dog-secure garden was great for throwing the ball for our miniature labradoodle. The attention to detail was appreciated, from the welcome pack, to the facilities and the tasteful décor. We cooked every evening and lacked for nothing in terms of kitchen equipment. It was nice to stay somewhere where there were sharp kitchen knives to work with. Everything provided was quality. We went to a couple of places that boasted views of red squirrels and saw none, but that did not matter as they appeared around the property.Lovely walks on the doorstep and walking distance to the pub.Definitely recommend and on our return visit list.

Myself and my partner both grew up on the island. We have have brought up two children (now grown up) we are probably guilty of tacking it for granted, the one good thing to come out recent events is we have had the time to fall in love with it and all it has to offer again.

Why they chose this property

We stayed in Mulberry for a few months after selling our house, we felt very relaxed and content here ,then opportunity arose and we decided to buy it.

What makes this property unique

Mulberry is a cottage even on bleak days has views you never tire of. Pop on your coat and wellies and you are right on a network of footpaths, returning to a cosy wood burner. In spring and summer with everything in or coming into bloom you can enjoy the sheltered patio, pretty garden and lots of wildlife , look out for the red squirrels ! And now the added bonus of a hot tub , you can treat yourself to relaxing break or fun with the family all year round.
