This Ventnor bay villa is a 1 bedroom detached villa, a stone’s throw away from the sea, so you are spoilt with sea views from the villa. This villa is ideal for couples/individuals who need a much needed break from it all. The villa is very tastefully decorated to fit in with its seaside surroundings. The villa is wonderfully positioned near the esplanade which enables you to walk to the beach where there are plenty of great places to eat and drink. You can continue up from the beach to the small town by the pretty cascade garden with its waterfall. You are spoilt with the eateries you have in Ventnor.
The accommodation comprises the following:
Bedroom: good size double bedroom with double divan bed, with sea view with french doors opening on to a balcony.
Lounge/Dining Room: Wonderful sea view from side and front window, dining table and chairs for 2, leather sofa, Smart TV with freesat channels, giving many channels to choose from, CD Player. French doors opening to small seating area. Wifi is available, also the Seapot a local café at Wheelers Bay, 2 mins away has wifi.
Kitchen: modern kitchen in peppermint and white, fully equipped for a perfect self catering holiday; with built in fridge, built in cooker and hob, microwave, saucepans, cutlery, tableware etc. You even get a sea view from the kitchen.
Bathroom: modern shower room with good size shower, toilet and basin, finished off nicely with a cabin mirror.
Heating: by electric heaters. It doesn’t take too much to heat this property.
Dogs: well behaved dogs are welcome, only 1 is allowable. Please allow an additional cost of £30 per week. You are able to take your dogs to Bonchurch beach all year, but dogs are only allowed on Ventnor beach during off peak times. There is Ventnor Green nearby also to exercise your dog. Just near to this villa at Wheelers Bay there is a large wild grass bank.
Linen: all linen is included in the price. (You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels).
Washing: there is a laundrette nearby, open daily, in Ventnor town opposite the main carpark. Self service. Tel: 01983 856288. There are ironing facilities and an airer in the cabin.
Parking: private parking near to the cabin.
Outside: Nice size enclosed decked area to the side of the villa overlooking the sea.
Electric: easy pay as you go £1 electric meter, if you allow about £5 per day. No problem exchanging some in advance or during stay.

Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary and Pirates Cove Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Fishing and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

It gives me great pleasure helping people have a break away in this super spot by the sea. Its a great base to explore Ventnor with great walks on your door step. Have just put this property on Vrbo and therefore would be lovely for someone to come and give it a try.

Having stayed at the villas ourselves for many years due to their great location in Ventnor, we decided to move to Ventnor and I now let some of the villas and am able to help others have the same great experience.
What makes this property unique
Its a super location, looking out at the cliffside and over the sea. We love the fact you can just walk everywhere, assuming you don't have walking difficulties. Angels Corner is great value for the location and it is a detached selfcontained property, with outside areas to sit and enjoy the view. A super place too to bring your dog. If there are other families or couples that wish to stay nearby I can help them in a neighbouring villa.
