Stepping into the hallway this has a door off to the cloakroom and French Doors with direct access to the courtyard garden. Walk into two double bedrooms both with their own en-suite bathrooms, both with desk/dressing tables makes sharing and working ideal. The comfortable garden has seating areas and a table for fresco dining. This area has gated access to the outside pavement making cycling a means of traveling. With free WiFi and all of the features that you would expect from a modern energy efficient new build this makes your stay even more comfortable. Please note that the sofa bed is in the living area. It is a clic clac and the bed back drops down to make a single bed. It’s not overly comfortable as it’s a sofa during the day. Single bedding is available ON REQUEST. Please contact your host if you require the bedding set. 2 pillows and pillow cases, 1 single duvet and cover, 1 bottom sheet. Let us know if you have any allergies. PLEASE NOTE that the maximum number of guests for the apartment is 4 people and the extra bed is only supplied if separate beds are required.

We can not fault our stay. Beautiful, clean, well equipped property. Excellent communication from the host Sue throughout. We stayed during a heat wave and Sue was thoughtful and attentive offering lighter duvets/sheet options for bedding as well as fans! When we arrived the property was cool and shaded by blinds.We arrived late in the evening so were extremely appreciate after a long hot journey of milk in the fridge, nibbles and treats for the kids that had been left!Would highly recommend and will definately stay again!
I travel a lot and an awful lot of holiday properties are not what you expect upon arrival , this proper however exceeded my expectations the host could not have been more accommodating to my requests and was at hand for any questions I had . I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anybody from couples to families to stay here .

Excellent, very clean, spacious, having a bathroom for each bedroom was really good, excellent facilities, We are from Hampshire on the south coast, and friends were from the USA we were all impressed with the accommodation.Very central to the areas we were visiting, Sandringham, Hunstanton, Peckover House in the centre of Wisbech, and Ely.
Clean, well appointed and good layout, everything was thought about, provision of milk, tea bags etc was a pleasant surprise. We were familiar with the area as we had lived in the town for nearly 19 years, can’t fault anything, thanks to the host

The property was excellent and very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our trips to Lincoln, Ely, Grantham, Kings Lynn and Sandringham. Also enjoyed the local Wisbech Museum. There was a local shop and larger grocery near by. The only downside was the school around the corner and was busy and noisy in the mornings
The flat is really nice, well furnished throughout, very good kitchen with all the bits and bobs you need, lovely bedrooms, spotless bathrooms.
Beautifully warm - we visited in a very cold March.
Really there's nothing to criticise.
The hosts were great, very considerate, helpful and communicative.
If you want to stay in and around Wisbech you'd struggle to find better.

We stayed for a weekend, the apartment is lovely. Its as nice as the photos lead you to believe, it's modern and cozy and has everything you could need. I had excellent communication with Sue who was so kind and made sure our stay was comfortable. We will stay here again without hesitation. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. If you want a great base to see a lovely part of England then look no further!

After selling our home of over 20 years and waiting to move into our new home we booked to stay in this garden apartment. This was a perfect solution to our temporary situation as the apartment has every facility you could possibly need. Sue & Richard are excellent hosts checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely recommend both property and hosts.
Everything about the flat was perfect for our stay. Lovely to become friends with Susan as we are close neighbours. Happy the toaster was sorted, though it didn't put us to any inconvenience. A haven in our hour of need, so welcome. Thank you Susan for everything. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent well maintained property, in ideal location to explore the North Norfolk coast and surrounding area.
Was good to catch-up with family on the way to and from the property.
Thoroughly recommend this as a base for days out. We enjoyed RSPB Snettisham, Holkam beach and Sandringham estate. The White Horse pub at Holme-Next-The-Sea, is excellent for food!
We will be back in the futrure! :)

No complaints whatever. We did have a pet. Highly recommended as 24-hour availability for any problems with clear instructions all along. Not the slightest glitch from the time of the booking months earlier.
The flat was exceptionally clean and well equipped. the owner was absolutely fantastic and extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location is ideal for getting to multiple places of interest. It’s easy to get to various towns such as Peterborough, Ely, Cambridge, Norwich, to name but a few. The town itself has 3 excellent museums (one a National Trust~Peckover House), Octavia Hill House (founder of the National Trust), and the Fens Museum. We highly recommend this property. We spent 4 very happy weeks here. Thank you, Sue!

A lovely clean apartment with everything you need provided.Good contact with the owner.
I am sure in the summer it would be great to spend time in the garden also.
The only drawback was the noise, it is right beside a busy road and is the drop off point for school children who tend to hang out right outside the front door and window. If noise does not bother you then it is perfect.
A fabulous little apartment, good communication from Sue when we hadn’t received information she was straight on it. Enough space for 4adults and our little dog. Well equipped and welcoming with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits left. We were there for a wedding so didn’t do too much sightseeing, can recommend The Jolly Fryer fish and chip shop a short drive away.
Lovely to host your family again. We welcome you back anytime!

One of the nicest properties ive stayed in. Exceptional condition and very well presented. Shame i wasnt there longer. Without doubt i would stay there again when next in the area.
A shame they dont do 1 and 2 night stays as it would definately be my go too place to use.
