We had a lovely stay here, real home from home with everything you could possibly wish for. Not much around in walking distance but didn’t bother us. Will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable living room area. Very peaceful, secluded area. From the windows we saw some deers and pheasants.

The pictures on the website don't do this property justice, it is absolutely beautiful.

The pictures on the website don't do this property justice, it is absolutely beautiful. Top notch appliances, everything has been thought of, and the place was spotlessly clean.Unlike a lot of cottage rentals, the sofa and the beds were extremely comfortable, and water pressure for the shower was more than adequate. Upon our arrival, there was tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, plenty of dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine. There was also a good selection of cleaning products. We loved the peace and quiet of the location, it was exactly as we had hoped. Obviously the seclusion has the trade off of few local facilities, however Kings Lynn was only a 15 minute drive away for a great selection of Supermarkets. We opted to arrange a Tesco delivery shortly after we arrived. We met the friendly owners on our arrival, however they were unobtrusive, and assured us if we needed anything it was no problem to contact them. It would be very difficult to try and find any faults with this property, we had the peaceful relaxing break we had hoped for.

This is an absolutely wonderful place.

This is an absolutely wonderful place. (The lower score for amenities is only relevant for non-drivers like us, if you have a car, plenty of shops and pubs very close driving distance in Sutton Bridge, Long Sutton and slightly further, West Lynn and Kings Lynn.) A beautiful & stunning barn conversion with everything you need.

A beautiful & stunning barn conversion with everything you need. Excellent for dogs, our working cocker who is very lively had loads of fun running in the spacious and safe garden and local fields nearby. The area is very quiet and tranquil- perfect chill out and hideaway. About 30mins to 1hr from bigger towns if you choose to visit. Beaches about 40 minutes away. Old Hunstanton beach was beautiful and dog friendly! The hosts were great and very attentive when we needed them. Would return in a flash!!

We had a great holiday, our dog loved the large garden.

We had a great holiday, our dog loved the large garden. It was like having a park to himself. We spent a few days lazing in the garden as the temperature was in the 30’s☀️☀️. Would recommend Benny’s diner for fab burgers and full breakfasts. Ask for pancakes and bacon. 👍🏻❤️
