Great cottage very close to the shops and lake, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The host were very friendly and helpful. No parking but local authority parking permit provided which covers a number of towns so very useful. Nearest car park is under a five minute walk, equipped with EV chargers if you need them, it does get very busy during the day, that said we always found a space. I would recommend this property.
A family-friendly home from home, where the hosts have ensured that guests have access to everything they need to cater to family needs and mealtimes. Thoughtful touches include a range of DVDs and some games for younger children, along with the snooker table in the basement.
The property is spacious, with a basement games room/utility area, ground floor with kitchen and living room, and first floor housing the three bedrooms and bathroom. This does mean that if anyone in the party has mobility issues, with the one bathroom/toilet being up a staircase that has a twist in it, careful consideration may be necessary.
