Bedroom 4: Single (3ft) Bed. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone – for incoming and emergency calls only. Patio garden with terrace, BBQ, garden furniture and summerhouse. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There are drops in the grounds. This property has a security deposit of £250.. This terraced house provides quality family accommodation on three floors. Located mid-way up Coronation Road, a five minute downhill walk to the centre of town, shops and quays. The property has garage parking and a pretty garden with views to Shadycombe Creek, Snapes and South Pool Creek.

Lovely house in a great location.

Lovely house in a great location. We particularly enjoyed having the garden and being able to park was a real bonus. It was a bit of the shame that the guests before us had not removed their dog waste.

The property is in a great location, particularly with dogs as there are good footpaths within 100 meters and an enclosed garden. The kitchen was good with everything we needed. Dishwasher and washing machine with tablets for each that were kindly provided. Sitting area comfortable with games and tv. Garden was great with good furniture and sun loungers!Our only negative would be the key box - we could not get into it and had to wait for the agent on our arrival. On our departure we couldn’t get into it so had drive to the. agent to leave our key. The very top floor was hot because the front bedroom window didn’t open at all. I would suggest taking a fan if it is very warm weather. The other thing to mention is the garage. We had a 4 x4 with a top box and it wouldn’t fit into the garage so had to remove the top box and the roof bars so make sure you have tools!! Would stay again though. Definitely

Firstly, this was not our original choice for a holiday, we found out a week before our booking that

Firstly, this was not our original choice for a holiday, we found out a week before our booking that our original choice could not go ahead. This was therefore a quickly made 2nd choice. I gave one star for the location of the house, because it's on a very steep street with stairs to the front door and I have a disability which meant I really struggled with the incline and steps. Our car also didn't fit in the garage as it was a people carrier and we struggled to find a suitable car park. My husband parked the car in an old park and ride car park which was more accommodating with less restrictions, but it was about a 10 minute walk from the house. That said, the house was gorgeous. It was perfect for 5 adults, 2 kids and a dog. The most well equipped and warm house we have ever stayed in. The garden and summer house were perfect for a Halloween treasure hunt we did for the children. Bathrooms on all three floors and big living/dining/kitchen space. Will we go back? No because with living in Norfolk we have decided the trip is too long. But if you want a stay in Devon and don't mind the incline and steps then this is the perfect house for a family group.
