Visit as soon as you can.
Wow.
What a find.
Tucked away in rural Suffolk, this is as close to heaven as it’s possible to get.
The property is immaculately presented. Spotless.
The grounds are delightful - Jane and Marcus have done an incredible job in the year they’ve owned Rookery farm and their future plans sound fabulous. We will be back to see how things progress.
The hot tub is fabulous. Star gazing at midnight miles from anyone else was really special.
The farm is on the outskirts of Cratfield, which is gorgeous. There are good pubs within walking distance. 45 mins or so. Jane and Marcus were always on hand to proffer useful advice as to local attractions and eateries.
We cycled and ran around the local area a lot. It’s divine. We canoed at Captain Cook’s nearby and had a day trip to beautiful Southwold and Walberswick.
This is a magical place. Go and visit as soon as you can.

Peace and quiet in rural Suffolk
This little gem of a property is set 15 acres of meadows and woodlands. It was perfect for us, quiet and remote but modern and well-equipped. The outdoor deck got a lot of use, as did the hot-tub. And Jane and Marcus were incredibly friendly and helpful. We're hoping to return next year.
