The Little House - Bracklesham Bay

The ideal couples retreat, The Little House is in the perfect location for surf-lovers, walkers or those wishing for a relaxing coastal break. Located a short walk from Bracklesham Bay Beach (5-7 mins) and close to the vibrant East Wittering village center.

On the first floor, The Little House has a king size bedroom with memory foam mattress, linen and flat screen TV and a bathroom with shower over bath. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso pod machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and gas hob/electric oven (no dishwasher).

In the cosy living room you will find a flat screen Smart TV, dining table and superfast fibre Wi-Fi. The property is dog friendly (x1 small, well behaved dog welcome). The house benefits from a further downstairs W/C for added convenience.

Situated on a peaceful private estate, the house has access to a communal garden laid principally to lawn which guests are welcome to use. There are 2 car parking spaces on the driveway plus an electric EV charger (pay to charge) on site.

The location is fantastic for those who love walking, wind surfing, surfing and canoeing. Minutes from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops and trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.
