Located at 1,850 metres, my apartment is in the quiet and picturesque hamlet of Cret de Perreres, surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle, yet very close to the towns of Valtournenche and Cervinia (about 3 km).<br>It’s the ideal place to relax, take in enchanting views, listen to the silence of the mountains, and enjoy the cool summer air and abundant snowfall in winter.<br>The property<br>The ski lifts are located 3.5 km from the house<br><br>The apartment is suitable for couples, families with children, or small groups of friends and can accommodate up to 5 people.<br><br>Spread out over a single floor, the living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fireplace, and a double sofa bed. The bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The bathroom features a comfortable shower and all other amenities.<br><br>Exclusive private terrace/solarium to enjoy the peaks surrounding the Matterhorn and listen to the whistles of the marmots; not available in winter due to heavy snowfall.<br><br>Available to guests, in summer only, in addition to the private terrace, is a large outdoor lawn with a wooden table and barbecue for dining or simply relaxing.<br><br>Pets of any size are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the house and in common areas (sky room).<br><br>OCTOBER 2020:<br>UPGRADED WI-FI NETWORK<br>ideal for remote work<br><br>In the garage, you’ll find firewood for the fireplace, a hot-air boot dryer, and a ski rack. (Ski Room)<br>You can also store sports equipment or bicycles here.<br><br>In the summer, there are numerous trailheads (including right from the house) for trails of varying difficulty. During the winter, I recommend having a 4x4 vehicle, or carrying snow chains or winter tyres, as we are located at an altitude of nearly 1,900 metres and snowfall can be sudden and heavy.
