posizione eccellente a ridosso dell'isola pedonale, comodissimo per non adoperare l'auto alla sera. dalle foto sembra più ampio ma comunque va benissimo per due, è ben tenuto e pulito alla perfezione, il bagno microscopico ma funzionale con anche la efficiente lavatrice, il cucinino funzionale con quello che serve.
