The property consists of a two-story apartment that is completely independent and for the exclusive use of guests. Outside, on the basement level, in a private area of the garden, there is a small cottage used periodically by the owners. Villa Belvedere takes its name from its privileged panoramic location. Surrounded by the lush pine forest of Sas Linnas Siccas, near Cala Liberotto, just a short walk from the small beaches of the same name, it is the ideal place for those who love the sea and relaxation.
The property, featuring a beautiful garden with juniper trees and wild olive trees, is arranged on two levels:
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor houses the sleeping area with a bathroom and two bedrooms connected to a spacious veranda facing the sea, from which there is direct access to the garden. Each bedroom is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and sliding mosquito screens on the French doors.
The master bedroom features a large closet and nightstands. The twin bedroom is equipped with a closet and two nightstands.
FIRST FLOOR
On the ground floor is the living area, which includes a spacious living room with a dining area and sitting area, a kitchen, a guest bathroom, two large covered verandas facing the sea, and one at the back. The interiors on the upper floor are exceptionally bright, with a vast, breathtaking ocean view. The living area is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with: a worktop with sink and hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes, cabinets, and accessories;
Living Room: The living room features a large sideboard and a table with six chairs. The living room is furnished with two sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, and a 32-inch TV.
The first-floor veranda facing the sea, with its breathtaking view of the magnificent Gulf of Orosei, is ideal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The sunrise, with its silvery reflections, is unforgettable, as is the light of the full moon in summer, when the deep yellow orb rises from the water right in front of the house in the evening.
The back veranda features a comfortable seating area, a table with chairs, and a barbecue—perfect for grilling meat or fish.
The utility room is equipped with a small laundry tub, a washing machine, and a toilet.
Garden: The villa is surrounded by a lush garden with a lawn, junipers, wild olive trees, and ornamental plants. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, either along the main road or via a path that winds through the pine forest. Other beaches, such as Cala Liberotto, Cala Ginepro, Sa Curcurica, and Biderosa, are about a 5-minute drive away. The shallow water near the shore and the fine-grained sand make the beaches along this stretch of coastline particularly suitable for children. Also just a few minutes’ drive away are an urgent care clinic, a pharmacy, a Carabinieri station, supermarkets, small shops selling local specialities, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and restaurants. The centre of Orosei is 10 kilometres away, a drive of about 12 minutes. In the nearby hamlet of Sos Alinos, during the summer you can also book boat tours to the beaches of the Gulf: Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, and Cala Goloritzé. Olbia and the Costa Smeralda can be reached in about 90 minutes via State Highway 125 along the coast. Several excursions also depart from Orosei to Tiscali, Gorropu, Orgosolo, and other hiking destinations.
PARKING Parking is free on the street below the villa or on adjacent streets.
TOURIST TAX: The tourist tax for the Municipality of Orosei is paid to the host at a rate of €1 per person per night.
CLEANING: The total cleaning fee for the entire stay is paid to the host in the amount of 90 euros.
