Beautiful location with small beaches in walking distance and gorgeous views over the pines and the sea (as pictured).Host was very accommodating!Unfortunately in off season (October) there were no restaurants open in walking distance, but it's a short drive to Orosei which has many options. I believe that in summer there might be a few nearby restaurants open.

Nice house with great view and good facilities

We had a great time at Sas Linnas Siccas in February. The house was very good, enough space, nice furnishings and a great view in all directions. The hosts are very friendly and prepared everything for us, we could come earlier and leave later and also use the pizza oven in the garden. It was also nice to use the large kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed. We had some problems with the electricity but the hosts were always quick to help us.

Wonderful house and location, just one thing missing

The house, the view, the location, all are great. However, there is no air conditioning on the upper floor, so in summer it is getting so hot there that you can barely use these rooms.

Wonderful home with stunning view

The home is wonderful: great architecture, lovely furniture, absolutely clean und well equipped. It's very comfortable to have AC in the bedrooms. The view to the sea is stunning - there is nothing better than having the sea in front of you while having breakfast or dinner. The kitchen has everything you need and the fridge is huge. Within a few minutes walk you are at a wonderful cove. Bruno is very nice and always happy to help.

Awesome place to stay on Sardinia

All in all, we could not be happier with our stay at the gulf of Orosei. The house has a spectacular location with only a 2 minute walk (at max.) down to the beach. The terrace has a stunning view over the bay and is perfect for late dinner and relaxation. Also as a starting point to different activities and visits, this house was perfect for us. Communication with Bruno and/or his son Nicolo were pleasant, fast and they were always extremly helpful. Would definitely recommend coming here. We will return for sure!

Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Blick über das Meer. Der Strand ist schnell erreichbar. Bruno und Elisa sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die immer zu erreichen sind und bei allem helfen. Insbesondere die Aussicht und die gute Küchenausstattung hat uns gefallen. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Schlafkomfort war ok, das Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten könnte modernisiert werden. Was aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war: es gibt eine bewohnte Einliegerwohnung im Haus. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber es ist gut zu wissen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub! Danke Bruno und Elisa.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt in diesem großen, ruhigen und lichtdurchfluteten Haus mit all den Balkonen und Terassen, auf denen sich immer irgendwo auch Schatten findet. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und sehr ruhigen Gegend, es ist wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet, sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, einzig Liegestühle wären toll. Wir haben viel Zeit auf den Terrassen verbracht, wo könnte man auch schöner Essen und Staunen. Die Sicht ist atemberaubend, ein angenehmer Wind wehte ums Haus, ein schöner schattiger Weg führt in wenigen Minuten zum Strand an dieser traumhaften Küste. Vielen Dank, Elisa und Bruno, Ihr seid tolle Gastgeber!

Wundervolle Location

Es war eine schöne Zeit, toller Blick auf das Meer, zur Badebucht 5 min zu Fuß und ein gut gepflegtes Haus. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnte man trotz Hitze schlafen. Die schönsten Touren lagen aber mehr als 1 h Richtung Süden entfernt, da musste man früh aufstehen, um nicht in die Mittagszeit zu kommen.

Tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht

Wir waren im Juni für 8 Tage im Haus von Bruno und Elisa.Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles vorhanden und noch darüber hinaus. Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Der Ausblick traumhaft.Zur kleinen Bucht mit kristallklaren Wasser war es einen nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhaft schön

Wer Ruhe, einen wunderschönen Ausblick und eine geschmackvolle, gepflegte Unterkunft sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Es hat uns an absolut gar nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, um gut kochen zu können. Die Betten sind super gemütlich und alles roch frisch und duftig. Der Check-in mit Brunos war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt in Elisas und Brunos Haus war wirklich wunderbar! Es ist alles genau wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten machen es möglich je nach Vorliebe eher im Schatten oder in der Sonne zu sein! Zudem war der Check-In und die gesamte Kommunikation unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ein perfekter Urlaub … Danke!

Wander- und Badeurlaub in Sardinien

Wir waren vier Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Villa Bellavista. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben jeden Tag dort genossen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den nahen Bergen, schönste Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und großzügig.

Großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick

Das Haus hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen.Der Vermieter war hilfreich bei allen Anfragen. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, die Betten sind gut, wenn auch etwas schmal, Der Blick ist sehr schön eine kleine Bucht zum baden fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist schwer zu finden. Es liegt in einer kleinen Nebenstrasse etwas höher als die Strasse gleichen Namens.

Eine wunderbare Woche

Wir haben die Woche in der Villa Belvedere sehr genossen. Vor allem den Ausblick aufs Meer und die offene Gestaltung des Wohnraums mit den 3 Terrassen. Wir würden uns noch Liegen wünschen, Sitzgelegenheiten für draußen gab es reichlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très bien équipée avec une vue magnifique

Maison conforme aux photos présentées et très bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la mer et proche de très belles plages (en voiture dans notre cas). Propriétaires souriants et accueillants. Deux bémols cependant : une seule salle de bain minuscule et en deçà du standing de l’étage (autre époque…) et climatisation annoncée comme non utilisable (alors que canicule à 44 degrés…). Soit disant une erreur de l’annonce. En fait les deux clims fonctionnent très bien : celle du Rez de jardin pour les chambres est « juste » à relancer toutes les 4h. Et celle de l’étage fonctionne aussi contrairement aux dires du propriétaire qui disait qu’elle ne sert qu’à chauffer l’hiver… Cette fausse information était elle annoncée pour éviter les coupures électriques dès qu’on lance un 3ème appareil ? Ce qui nous est arrivé deux fois en lançant en plus une machine ou la bouilloire.

Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, sauber und mit eigentlichen allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Auch der Blick aufs Meer war trUnhaft und zum Strand waren es 2min zu Fuss. Bruno und Elisa waren sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation sehr proaktiv. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Veniamo da passare una eccellente settimana di vacanza in una bellissima regione intorno di una magnifica villa, arredata perfettamente e con molto gusto. A non dimenticare la splendida vista sul mare dalle terrazze ed anche dal soggiorno stesso. E la villa più bella di tutte che abbiamo già affittato dappertutto da molti anni. Urlaub im Vorsaison

Mein Mann und ich haben unsere Flitterwochen auf Sardinien in dem tollen Ferienhaus von Elisa und Bruno verbracht. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber, stilvoll und mit allem Benötigten eingerichtet. Mit den Terrassen auf der Vorder- und Rückseite hat man die Möglichkeit, ganztags die Sonne zu genießen und beim Meeresrauschen zu entspannen :). Man hst außerdem eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer, das nur ca. Gehminuten entfernt ist. Elida und Bruno waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder :)
