Makellos sauber! perfekte Lage (ganz in der Nähe der Stadt, in einer sauberen, ruhigen und sicheren Gegend). Aber Kommunikation und Problemlösung könnten besser sein. Terrasse im ersten Stock während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zugänglich (keine Lösung gefunden), Wiederholtes Warmwasserproblem. Die Hälfte des Gartens unbenutzbar (brach). Sehr günstige Gartenmöbel. Einige Türen schließen nicht (schlecht sitzendes Scharnier, Privatsphärenproblem bei Reisen mit zwei Familien). Die Küche ist sehr gut (groß, mit viel Geschirr).

Muchas gracias por sus valoraciones Abdeltif y sobre todo gracias por haber elegido la estancia en nuestra casa durante este verano. Sentimos el problema con el acceso a la terraza del piso superior, el extravío de las llaves por parte de un inquilino anterior no ofrecía fácil solución para abrir la reja sin perturbar su estancia. Afortunadamente ya está solucionado. El agua caliente funciona por acumulador, el tanque es suficientemente grande para un servicio normal, no obstante no es ilimitado, y en caso de consumirse es necesario esperar a que se caliente. El exterior de la casa tiene zona amplia de césped junto a la piscina y una zona de árboles frutales, la zona de frutales es igualmente accesible y utilizable. Hemos detectado el problema que describe con las puertas, ha surgido debido al calor, y ya lo hemos solucionado, muchas gracias por informarnos. Esperamos volver a verle, muchas gracias por ayudarnos a mejorar.
