Note: As part of the charm of this rural mountain area, some access roads are unpaved gravel.

No Extra Guests unless they were included on the reservation, violating this rule could lead to full party removal from the home with no refund.
Please dispose of all trash in the proper trash cans.
No refunds due to inclement weather . No refunds due to poor internet access due to bad weather.
If there is a Firepit on the premises YOU are responsible to check for a Burn Ban in the county.
NO fires in the firepit are to be started the morning of your departure. Put out fires responsibly!
You will be charged more for cleaning if EXCESS cleaning is required, such as stained carpet, soiled furniture, soiled comforters etc.
HOT TUB - watch children at all times. Please shower before using. No glass near the hot tub. Keep covered when not in use. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! DON`T ADJUST THE HOT TUB TEMPRATURE.
