The property is beautifully kept and spotless. A perfect location to walk anywhere in the city, this well-appointed apartment did not disappoint. The hosts were very easy to reach and responsive, and it was precisely as described. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
We loved the ease of this flat. Such a quick walk to anything in the area. Parking was super convenient with your own back of building parking. The Spar convenience store was maybe a 30 second walk. The shower was fantastic and so many amenities. We look forward to coming back some day.
Great location. Nice apartment. Unfortunately no heat.

Hello. Thank you for the review. I'm not sure what happened to make it seem like there was no heating. We do have permanently running 24/7 central heating with a wall thermostat to allow guests to control the temperature they feel most comfortable with.
If ever the boiler switches off for some reason we are only a phone call away and can reset the boiler as soon as we get there. We also provide electric fan heaters in each bedroom to give an extra heat boost if it's needed.
We hope that reassures guests that the heating should be well covered at all times. Sorry it appears you had a different experience with us.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Highlander. Just an easy 10-minute walk to tons of restaurants and pubs in Inverness, with the bonus of private parking. This place is in a very nice neighborhood. I usually have to use a sound machine to sleep, but didn’t use one during our stay because the area was just so peaceful. The check in process was a breeze (even after a marathon travel day that left us a little brain dead, we were able to grab the keys easily). The rain shower was amazing, plenty of pressure and hot water - just an absolute life saver after 18 hours of flying. I could see parking in the private lot getting a little tight with a larger vehicle, but we never had an issue, and were able to grab a spot every time. WiFi was a little spotty at times, but the host did provide a couple backup networks for us to use if needed - and this never ended up being an issue. We didn’t have any problems with the place, but the host was very quick getting back to me with check in details when our trip was coming up. Really can’t say a bad thing about this place, and would try to stay here again any time we are back in the area.
