Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. The outdoor space is such a rare find, so private and tranquil, yet part of the city. The neighborhood is beautiful as well. We can't imagine staying anywhere else if we ever travel to Rome again!

We spent a wonderful week. The house is cozy and completely renewed: kitchen and living room are quite larger. Strategic location for Vatican Museum. Classy neighborough and very quiet street.

Beautiful and spacious place

Beautiful apartment, super clean. Restaurants, supermarket, bus stations nearby. Buy public transportation tickets in advance for the time you will stay. Marcella is very easy to rich out.

Great apartment in good location, fantastic host

From the outset Marcella was a wonderful host, providing fabulous comms and really useful advice/information as well as being really flexible. The apartment was very comfortable with all necessary amenities (especially aircon!) and was spotlessly clean. Situated in a great location close to bus and metro stops, making it really easy to get in to the city-proper. I would heartily recommend this property - in fact, my son may well return with his partner! Thanks Marcella!

It is indeed a cozy villa

We want to say that, if we visit Rome again, we would like to stay here again, as this is indeed a well-located and comfortable place. However, roads in Rome are not like the straight ones in North America, and it takes a little bit time to get used to it. One thing to be aware of in Rome is that the information on the bus stop sign board is misleading. For example, the sign shows only two stops to Vantican Museum but it is actually six or seven stops. Our stay at the villa is a happy one.

Top verblijf in een authentieke Italiaanse villa

Zeer goed verblijf! Orde en netheid waren top. Er waren ook heel leuke plekjes in de tuin/terras waar je kon genieten voor af na een drukke dag in Rome. Openbaar vervoer was vlakbij, supermarkt op 10'. Ik zou het zeker iedereen aanbevelen!

Oase der Ruhe - mitten in Rom

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer herrschaftlichen Villa mit großer Außenanlagen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr neu renoviert und erfüllt alle Ansprüche: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Einen Punkt darf man aber nicht vergessen: Die Villa liegt nicht im Centro Storico, sondern etwas außerhalb. Der Vatiian ist fussläufig gut erreichbar.Für das historische Zentrum hingegen muss man schon gut zu Fuß sein. Also: Bus oder Taxi.

Villa de charme

L'appartement se situe dans une magnifique villa avec chacun sa terrasse privée, du calme. Il est très propre et confortable. Marcella, notre hôte, nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. L'appartement se situe à 40 minutes de marche du Vatican et à 5 minute de l'arrêt de bus. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et conservons précieusement cette adresse pour un prochain séjour.

Superbe location arborée et confortable !

Fidèle aux photos et aux spécifications, la location remplit ses promesses. Dans un quartier résidentiel calme, le logement est situé dans une très belle villa et possède une cour partagée, arborée et équipée où l'on peut facilement y manger ou s'y reposer. Le logement est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très confortable. Il est très agréable de le retrouver après de longues marches dans Rome. Une adresse que je ne peux que recommander et où je retournerai avec plaisir.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend .Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell in der Stadt . Warmes Wasser zum Duschen nicht vorhanden. Wunderschöne Terrasse um sich am Abend auszuruhen , müsste aber mal geputzt werden.

Dear Barbara, I read your review and I'm very sorry you lacked hot water. Probably the boiler was blocked but it was enough to call me and I would have solved the problem immediately. Regarding the dirty terrace, it is cleaned every day but it is surrounded by greenery and a little wind is enough for leaves and flowers to fall on the floor. I am always available to answer and resolve my guests' doubts and difficulties whenever possible

Un séjour vraiment très agréable

A l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma mère nous avons organiser ce petit voyage, grâce à Marcella et tout sa famille nous avons été très bien accueillis :) Un cadre magnifique et juste incroyable pour se détendre après de longues marches dans Rome. Un havre de paix en plein coeur de Rome !

Une location parfaite : proche du centre, dans un quartier résidentiel très agréable, une très jolie maison donnant sur une cour arborée et fraîche, un vrai bonheur ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location car nous avons été enchantés et ravis !
