Why they chose this property
We are on the edge of town (15 mins walk into the marketplace) down a no-through road, so no passing traffic on either side of the apartment. The direct area is 90% housing with a few business units a 100m away (Recycle shop, Screw Fix, a garage and two tyres shops). We are also seconds from a row of takeaways.
Parking for one car is easy (next to the property) and at weekends you could get away with two, as the funeral director next door is closed, although needs 24x7 access via the adjacent gate. You can walk to several supermarkets if you needed to and the nearest train station is Kemble (15 mins drive). There are also regular buses into Cheltenham & Stroud.
