They arranged transport from the airport for us, but they didn't show. The office was supposed to be open at 8am, but we finally had to wake someone up at 9am to let us in. The key they gave us to the apt building was the wrong one. The batteries in several remotes were dead. Lots of light bulbs were burnt out (3 out of 4 in one bathroom alone.) These were all minor inconveniences, but the biggest issue was that the power kept going out. The first day it went out about every 20 mins, causing us to reset the circuit breaker each time. To manage the power the rest of our stay, we had to close off non-critical rooms and turn off the A/C units. When we complained, they ensured us that customer service was important to them, yet the did nothing to remediate the situation.

We are really sorry that the driver was not there, we should consider working with our partners, that situation is unacceptable for us. In fact, the day of your arrival was on Sunday, so the office was opened a little later. Also, the silverware was in the kitchen inside a little special drawer. I understand that there were some moments that prevented you from fully enjoying your stay with us but believe me your case is an absolute exception to the service that we offer. Anyway, we take our guest satisfaction very seriously and we are saddened there were some aspects of your stay that left much to be desired.
