The family bathroom features a corner bath, a basin, a heated towel rail, a bidet, and a WC. Cloakroom with WC and basin. Kitchen/diner. There is a utility which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room. The living room has a wood burning stove. Central heating is provided by oil, and there are two wood burning stoves. The kitchen hosts an oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, dryer, and a dishwasher. WiFi and TV. Fuel & electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a highchair, a travel cot, and a stairgate available. Three cars can be parked off-road. The front garden has gravel, a patio, and furniture, while the back garden has gravel, a lawn, furniture, and a barbecue. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 1.5 miles away, and the nearest pub is 1.7 miles away. Please keep in mind when booking that this property is next to a working farm. Siblyback Lake is a great place to go sailing, fishing, and partake in watersports, or you can travel a little farther to Bodmin Moor, where you can take in the stunning scenery.
