Comfortable, charming, spacious, and interesting place with great library of books, interesting art and personal items, plus great music collection and cd player. Large kitchen with all amenities. Great neighborhood. Close to everything. Mgmt. co. Was there for us always. Apartment was airy with high ceilings and large windows. Note: there were a couple of electric fans that sufficed for our beginning of Oct. stay. There are two flights of stairs that were easy enough for us in our 70’s to climb. No TV, which we didn’t need. Wifi worked well. Would definitely rent again.

Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location
Excellent location, quiet, safe
We were both disappointed when we arrived - the photos of this unit make it look a whole lot more swanky than it actually is - but this property grew on us as the days went by and it had its charm. It is lacking in amenities - for example, there was no coffee or tea supplied, not even a small starter amount. The table and glassware is sparse and mostly mismatched - it had the bare minimum, but it could sure be updated. The blue plastic used to tape off so many cupdboards and drawers (owner use only) is offputting and unattractive. But the communication with our contact person from the Property Management company, Veeve, was great, and the location of the rental is amazing. I think the host could up their game a lot to make it more welcoming and comfortable for the guest, but overall we were satisfied.
