LIVING & EATING
This elegant apartment's centerpiece is a large open plan living room, kitchen/dining room, and sleeping area, with a large UK king (5ft wide) bed. The room overlooks Dering St, and the windows’ excellent double glazing make this one of the quietest homes in our portfolio. A central chrome table has four dining chairs intelligently nested beneath it, and a comfortable sofa borders the other side of the living room, opposite the kitchen. A large TV rises out of the sitting room unit. The room enjoys a wonderful sense of space and is fully climate controlled.

The large bathroom is located around the corridor and has a large shower stall and bath.

ACCESS & LAYOUT
The apartment is located on the third floor of a stylish apartment block, with elevator access.

ON YOUR DOORSTEP
London teems in front of you as you step out the door. Oxford Street is moments from the front door, and a world of elegant boutiques, art galleries, and restaurants can be found within a few blocks. Theatreland is within walking distance, as are Green Park and Hyde Park, and the property is served excellently by the Central and Jubilee Lines, bringing wider London within easy reach. Locations really don’t come much better than this.

Great location and very comfortable

Having lived in London for five years, I come back to London every year for Christmas to visit family. I love to stay in the Mayfair area, and this apartment did not disappoint. The location is fantastic, very convenient to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The building is lovely and I was very comfortable there. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect location

This flat was very comfortable and in a perfect location! It is modern and very clean. The front door man was always greeting and speaking with us! Will definitely try and stay here again!

Prime location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. The key was a little difficult to retrieve being new to the city and not familiar with where to go with limited transportation knowledge. However aside from that it was in the perfect location
