The apartment welcomes guests with a spacious air-conditioned living room furnished with two comfortable sofas, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

From the living room you can access the apartment's private terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for morning breakfasts in the open air and moments of relaxation!

The property continues with two bedrooms, both equipped with a large double bed and wardrobe.

The apartment layout is completed by a full bathroom with shower and sanitary facilities.

Desenzano del Garda is a charming little village overlooking the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano it is possible to discover ancient Roman remains of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th-century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the panorama. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can practise windsurfing, mountain biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting Lower Garda, which offers many enchanting spots, starting with nearby Sirmione, certainly the most prestigious location on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade and continuing towards Maderno and Gardone Riviera.



The apartment is reachable from Verona airport (40 minutes by car) and from the motorway at the Desenzano exit.

Furthermore, families can easily reach the Gardaland and Movieland amusement parks (25 minutes by car) and the Caneva Aquapark water park (30 minutes).

Leider keine Traumferienwohnung

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Bäcker gleich gegenüber. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade. In der Wohnung schönes Parkett und gut erhaltene alte Möbelstücke. Leider liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem Balkon war ein kleiner Tisch und ein völlig defekter Stuhl, so daß der Balkon nicht nutzbar war. Die Jalousien im Wohnzimmer waren völlig defekt, der Gurt hing 2 m aus der Wand heraus. Die beiden Sofas waren versifft (ich entschuldige mich für den Ausdruck) und verströmten die Ausdünstungen vorangegangener Generationen von Feriengästen. Da die Sofas nicht nutzbar waren, vermisste man auch nicht den fehlenden Couchtisch. Die Mängel habe ich der Vermietungsagentur am 1. Abend per email mitgeteilt und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Am 3. Tag unseres Aufenthaltes erschienen ohne Vorankündigung 2 Monteure und reparierten die Jalousien. Die Wohnung hat durchaus das Potential für eine Traumferienwohnung, ist davon aktuell jedoch noch weit entfernt.

Es tut mir sehr Leid dass es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit gab: wenn Sie uns informiert hätten, könnte die Reinigungsfirma bei der Wohnung nochmal kommen, um alles zu fixieren. Es tut uns Leid, ob es schien, dass es Probleme mit der Kommunikation gab: wir bekommen viele Nachrichten und manchmal ist es schwierig allen zu antworten, aber wir machen unsere Beste, um alle zu lesen und wenn es Probleme gibt, diese zu lösen. Wir sind immer zur Verfügung und sobald Sie uns über die Jalousie und das Stuhl informiert haben, haben wir sofort alles gelöst. Es war uns ein Vergnügen, Sie als Gast zu haben und wir hoffen Sie am Gardasee wieder zu treffen. MFG, Snale-Team
