About this property

Penthouse apartment, located a few minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location on Paraiso de Playa Vera complex.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms. The lounge has a settee, 32' flat screen TV receiving UK TV channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and washing machine. There is a full itinerary of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The property also benefits from a spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private plunge pool, a built in BBQ. There are also Sun loungers a patio table and chairs.

You will be met and greeted on arrival. The normal check in time is 14:00 but in some circumstances it can be earlier but that is never guaranteed. The check in window is up to 20:00. There is a charge of €20 paid locally from 20:00 - 22:00. and €40 thereafter.

Winter holiday

First winter retirement holiday. Stayed for 70 nights at the apartment in Vera found both the area and weather most enjoyable plenty nice long walk on beach and surrounding area. Plenty of places for sightseeing and lovely drives along some fantastic coast lines and plenty nice bars and restaurants with very helpful staff and friendly people. Had a great time and lots of wonderful memories will be planing next year's winter break when I finally get home in about two weeks time as now it's off to Gibraltar the a slow trip back through Spain and France then home to Yorkshier.

Lovely stay

Apartment was really good and had everything that two "fifty somethings" needed for a week's stay. Communication with Andy and Shelly was great and there were no issues at all. The complex was very quiet when we were there (first week in October) so we got a good night's rest and that suited us just fine. I can imagine that in summer it might be a bit more lively. The complex is all really well kept. It is just a short stroll to the beach. The resort had a definite end of season feel to it when we were there which was not an issue for us as wanted some peace and quiet and had a car so could explore the area.

Muy buena ubicación y tranquilo

Nos gusto mucho en general la casa, lo único que fallo fue la limpieza, la terraza de arriba estaba llena de arena barro, tumbonas y colchonetas, la casa por dentro podrían mejorar también la limpieza, ya q se veían huellas en picaportes, interruptores, puertas. Por lo demás muy bien

Mandy is originally from Grimsby and I have always lived around London. I retired in 2019 and other than playing golf and spending time with the family I rent out several holiday accommodations. Why they chose this property

The complex and surrounding area are quiet and unspoilt. This is a perfect spot to get some R&R with a roof terrace providing direct access to the Sun rays. The plunge pool, exclusively for your use, is unoverlooked. The beach is a very short walk, bars and restaurants are also not far away if you want to be entertained or want to eat out instead of using the BBQ on the roof terrace.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits of this property are the roof terrace with the private pool and BBQ, Uninterrupted sun for as long as it is in the sky. And if you get bored with that, there is the beach a few hundred yards away with 3 beach bars.
The property has unlimited WI-FI Internet which is included in the price.
in 2014, Spain lost the signal to receive most UK TV channels. We have installed an Internet box that receives thousands of TV channels.
As for the property we take great pride in keeping it in good order. We want it to be a home from home (with sun). We want our guests to benefit from that too. We do all within our power to make sure our guests have a great holiday and will want to come and stay again. And many do!
