The flat 7-1M, is a Duplex flat with two balconies, where on the ground floor you have access to a fully equipped kitchen in open space with living and dining area and 1 balcony where you have direct access to a shared garden that promises to make the delights of the little ones. On the first floor we have 1 bathroom with bath and a bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden where you can enjoy beautiful evenings.

Good Location
Enjoyed our stay with the garden views, visiting birds inc. hoopoe & cats, having trees, bushes & greenery gives a relaxing environment. Not being overlooked is also good.
The apartment is comfortable & well equipped.
The service from MyChoice was very good & the app is also very useful.
Only downside was some of the construction noise going on in adjoining apartments.

A tranquilidade e sossego.
As portadas das janelas necessitam de reparação e mais atenção quando substituírem a fechadura do portão principal, têm de comunicar e entregar chave aos utilizadores.
