Sehr enttäuschend. Nie wieder fewo-direkt. Kühlschrank stank erbärmlich, Toilette deutlich niedriger als normal, angeschmorter, unsicherer Wasserkocher, Küchenwasserhahnaufsatz eklig dreckig, dreckige Fenster, Balkon und Fenster voller Spinnweben, Deckenfarbe blättert ab, alles ziemlich lange nicht renoviert, die Dame die uns empfing konnte nur französisch und kam völlig unvorbereitet (z. B. wäre eine Übersetzungsapp auf ihrem Handy für sie sinnvoll gewesen, da sie auf unserem deutschen Handy Probleme hatte die passenden Tasten zu finden.)Alles in allem nichts, was uns sehr stören würde, wenn der Preis für eine Woche nicht eine bessere Klasse suggeriert hätte! Nebensaison 1 Woche 1100 , da hatten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Aussicht und Lage: top.Korrespondenz mit der Besitzerin: top.Wir haben schon viele Male Ferienwohnungen gemietet, das war mit Abstand die schlechteste Erfahrung - Schade.

Super emplacement, balcon donnant sur la plage très agréable, ascenseur et emplacement voiture (un plus)Très bon accueil avec la dame présente sur place, Bonne literie, WC mal conçu (il ne faut pas être ni trop grand ni trop fort!) Accueil chaleureux et convivial. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Bel emplacement face à la mer, et proche des commodités et des restaurants. Quelques points à améliorer à court terme : - sLe WIFI serait très utile lors de périodes de vacances où le réseau est saturé. - les WC : la chasse d’eau est bruyante et parfois ne s’arrête pas (problème de flotteur?) - les chaises sur le balcon sont un peu rouillées (le séchoir à linge aussi d’ailleurs).

Du bon et du très mauvais

Les plus : - la localisation - la vue - l'appartement spacieux Les moins : - toutes les prestations annoncées n'y sont pas (pas de WiFi quand l'annonce stipulait "internet" dans les équipements, le box "fermé" ne ferme pas à clé) - installation électrique DANGEREUSE (pas de protection contre les courants de fuite sur le tableau, de nombreuses prises de courant n'ont pas de mise à la terre, radiateur électrique placé juste sous le sèche serviette (!!!)) - ménage pas fait sous les lits (énormes moutons) et intérieur des tiroirs à couverts "pas net" - aucun espace de rangement pour les locataires (une petite étagère dans un placard immense)

J'ai passé une semaine avec mes 2 petits enfants dans cet appartement très fidèle aux photos. il est super bien situé face au club pour enfants que mes petits ont adoré. Il est bien aménagé, fonctionnel, calme avec une vue splendide sur la mer et les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir manger sur le balcon mais il manque des chaises et la table est trop petite. Le box en sous-sol est très pratique. Je recommande cette location et j'espère revenir l'année prochaine car j'apprécie beaucoup Cabourg (c'est notre quatrième été)

Appartement confortable et bien équipé (petit bémol dans les WC, si vous êtes très grands comme nous, attention au ballon d'eau chaude et au sens de la porte). Schöne Ferienwohnung in herrlicher Strandlage

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Silvie Lefevre in der Wohnung empfangen und eingewiesen. Wir hatten ein sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und genossen täglich aufs Neue den herrlichen Blick auf Meer und Strand. Wegen ihrer zentralen Lage sind sowohl Lokale und Geschäfte, Markt und natürlich der Strand schnell und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen und können auch jederzeit mit einem Spaziergang auf der schönen Strandpromenade verbunden werden. Ebenso genossen wir die Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung, da von hier durch die gute Verkehsanbindung sehr viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten der Normandie schnell zu erreichen sind.

Séjour très agréable avec la double orientation du salon et les deux balcons sans vis à vis, vue mer splendide. Quelques patères dans le couloir pour les vêtements seraient bien utiles. Le matériel de cuisine aurait besoin d'un petit rafraichissement. Accueil très sympathique.

Passionate about riding, I bought this apartment in the cradle of the horse world: in Normandy in the beautiful city of Cabourg (easily accessible by highway (two hours from PARIS ° or train or 12 kms of OUISTRHAM BY BOAT) to enjoy the sea and many activities
