Moderate apartment with a beautiful view on the sea

The view on the sea. A screen against mosquitoes in the master bedroom. There was a dehumidifier. Good beds and clean linen. No screen against mosquitos in the second bedroom. Kitchen inventory is very limited. It is very humid. Wasmachine had problems, Extractor hood had problems. The technician solved this problem. When we arrived a lot of small ants where on the table. When we arrived, it was not clean enough. After our complain, they cleanded it better.

Terrasse am Meer

Leider war ich von der Ausstattung etwas enttäuscht. Sie ist einfacher als auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Auch die Küche ist nur mäßig ausgestattet und nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet.Allerdings ist die Terrasse grandios und hat bis zum Abend Sonne. Vor allem in der Vorsaison mit nur wenigen Nachbarn ein Traum.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp, die Lage ist einmalig, der Ort ist nicht so touristisch überlaufen wie viele andere und der eigene Meerzugang und die Aussicht sind unbezahlbar.

Fris apartement direct aan het water.

Een fijn apartement. Heel fijn om zo het water in te kunnen lopen om te zwemmen vanuit je terras. Super uitzicht. Heel leuk rustig plaatsje met een paar prima restaurantjes en een Spar op loopafstand. Op het terras komt de middagzon wat dan wel heel warm kan zijn. (Er zouden 2 ligbedden en een grote parasol bij moeten komen naar onze mening.) Maar we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

Tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen

Uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung! Kommunikation toll, Wohnung in erstklassigen Zustand, sehr bequemes Bett. Kleiner Makel für jemanden, der des Grillens wegen eine FeWo bucht: im Inserat findet man unter Ausstattung einen Grill. Dieser beschreibt aber nur die Grillfunktion des Ofens. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit sonntags sehr höflich mitgeteilt, dass Grillen in diesen Wohnungen nicht erlaubt ist. Fun Fact: während wir diese Nachricht abgehört haben, hat der Nachbar die Holzkohle vorbereitet und den ganzen Tag am Grill gestanden.😉 Es bleibt aber eine fantastische Wohnung! Das Inserat sollte vielleicht angepasst werden ✌🏻

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft schön. Problem mit der Dusche (defekter Duschkopf) wurde umgehend behoben. Zwischenreinigung erfolgt. Sabine Krohn war für uns immer erreichbar, hervorragender Service. Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig und erfordert Toleranz der Mieter der anderen Wohnungen. In der Hauptsaison muss man sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass die Terrasse von den anderen Wohnungen einsehbar ist. Man könnte einen Sichtschutz installieren. Der Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer besteht nur aus einem Regal. Hier könnte ein Kleiderschrank eingebaut werden. Handtücher: nur 1 Set pro Person bis zum Wechsel Da eine Waschmaschine verfügbar ist, würde ich die Zahl der Handtücher erhöhen.
