Located in Benissa, on the outskirts of a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this is a 4-bedroom villa. It has a private swimming pool next to a lovely sun terrace with loungers, lounge set, outdoor shower, and dining furniture. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of 8 friends.

It is possible to easily explore the vibrant towns of Moraira, Calpe, and Benissa from here. At 1 km from the villa, you have excellent restaurants and several grocery stores. The seabeach rests at 2 km and promises a fun-filled day. For a stroll through the town center and enjoying a drink at the pubs, you have to go 4 km.

Built in the original Spanish style, the villa comes with an open veranda to dine and linger. From the terrace, the views are gorgeous and the sunset is spectacular. You can light up the barbecue and enjoy al fresco till the wee hours. Heating and air-conditioning facilities are available. Parking space is provided.

Dette er et dejligt hus med et perfekt udemiljø, hvor køkkenet er placeret ved poolområdet, så man selvom man laver mad stadig er sammen med de andre i huset.

De accommodatie was op zich goed qua huis en tuin, zwembad. De tuin en tuinmeubilair, de keuken en de verblijfsruimte buiten waren heel prettig met mooi uitzicht en mooi aangelegde tuin. De inrichting van de woning zeer uitgesproken en dat is voor sommigen niet ideaal. Bij aankomst bij het huis had ik sterk de indruk dat de eigenaars eigenlijk de woning beter niet konden verhuren uit angst dat er iets beschadigd zou raken, er ergens een vlek in zou komen of andere zaken ( getuige het contract dag zij voorlegden). De bedden waren matig. De lakens stug, en in mijn beleving niet prettig. De woning op zich was prettig maar niet heel goed afsluitbaar voor eventuele waardevolle zaken. De airco werkte in een deel van het huis niet ( gerepareerd, maar wel 4 slechte nachten daardoor), of werkte nauwelijks. Een kamer had geen warm water, met name onplezierig bij douchen. Bij vertrek was ik zeer verbaasd en onaangenaam verrast dat na een verblijf waarin de woning eerder schoner was geworden en er helemaal niets beschadigd is ( nog geen glaasje gebroken is) en met grote zorg voor de inrichting is gezorgd er een rekening volgde waarbij ik apart €60 moest afrekenen voor gebruik van energie. En er geen inspectie op dat moment plaats vond, maar dat de beheerder het recht had om 2 dagen te nemen om het huis te inspecteren. Ik wilde dat hij er doorheen liep toen ik er nog was aangezien er geen schade was en ik niet weet wat er door, voor mij onbekenden in het huis aan schade gemaakt kan worden. Normaal gesproken en bij andere huizen heb ik niet eerder een dermate verkrampte situatie ervaren door de houding van de eigenaar ( die nog een apart contract getekend wilde hebben waarin ik zou verklaren voor iedere vlek die eventueel in een bank of kussen zou ontstaan op mijn kosten zou worden verwijderd) en de beheerder (die erg zijn best deed, maar mij ging uitleggen dat er wel warm water moest zijn omdat alle schakelingen goed stonden. Alleen kwam er wel koud water uit de douchekraan.) Tja al met al hadden we meer plezier aan ons verblijf beleefd als de eigenaar en beerder ons op een minder verkrampte wijze hadden benaderd, misschien wat meer vertrouwen hadden kunnen geven, maar mogelijk is er een slechte ervaring aan vooraf gegaan, waardoor deze houding is ontstaan. Daar kan ik mij wel iets bij voorstellen. Wat meer liefde voor de omgeving in Spanje en de mooie producten enz. was positiever en leuker ervaren geweest. Het zijn vaak de details die een verblijf leuk maken. NB het zwembad is een chloorbad, en de afmeting is wat krap, maar verder was het met name boven in het woongemeente en in de tuin erg prettig.

Een erg fraai en comfortabel huis met een mooie buitenruimte en heerlijk zwembad. De buitenruimte inclusief buitenkeuken is zeer groot en volledig overkapt zodat het er altijd aangenaam is. De inrichting is zeer degelijk met comfortabele stoelen en banken (ook binnen). De bedden zijn echter niet erg goed, daar kan nog wel wat aan gebeuren. Qua aankleding is het huis bijzonder te noemen met veel Afrikaanse kunstwerken, maar wij stelden dit wel op prijs. De onderste verdieping van het huis is eigenlijk een soort gastenverblijf dat met een vreemde en krappe trap met de rest van het huis verbonden is. Onze kinderen vonden dit stuk van het huis wat 'spooky', maar hebben er toch prima geslapen. In totaal is het huis zeer ruim voor een groot gezin. Met name met windstil weer kunnen er grote hoeveelheden muggen rond het huis zijn. Dit is behoorlijk vervelend, maar met wat 'muggenstekkers' en wat spray is het goed onder controle te houden. Wij hebben een paar keer problemen gehad met de elektrische installatie die er uit klapte en een hele groep doorbrandde van het zwembad. Al met al een hele fijne en ontspannen vakantie gehad. De beheerder reageert goed op vragen en is zeer vriendelijk.
