Nestled in a quiet spot of the San Marco District the Verdi apartment is a brand-new and truly glamorous top floor located next to the Fenice Theatre.



The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The Fenice Theatre is known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world.



The Vaporetto stop and the supermarket are only 3 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.



It is found at the 4th floor of a historic building with a large and easy to climb stairway, so don’t be worried for the steps. It is full of natural light and features open views over the rooftops of Venice. Its eclectic charm is conferred by mid-century modern furniture smartly blended with traditional architectural features such as wooden beamed ceilings, fishbone parquet flooring and luxurious wall finishing. The interior design project is ambitious as for the use of colours: the result is a distinctive and inspiring ambience.



Beside the location and the exquisite interior design, the great plus of the Verdi apartment is definitively the stunning bedroom in the attic level, a loft with king-size bed, free-standing bathtub and panoramic view.



The Verdi apartment is laid out on about 120 square meters and is composed of a large living room, generous size dining room with fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 bedroom with single bed (walk through room)located on the main floor, 1 luxury full bathroom with shower, plus a separate toilet which is mostly used by the guests of the huge master bedroom with king size bed located on the top floor.



Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room, beside all other basic electrical appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction stoves, microwave, fridge, etc.



We highly recommend the Verdi apartment for 4 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.

Ideally located, beautifully designed and spacious

This property really made Venice shine for us. We were a accommodated by the host despite a late arrival. A new water taxi was arranged for us when we arrived at the correct train station. My husband left his bag on the water taxi (and we got it back!). The stay was just vibrant -the apartment is nestled on a small street near great high end shops and the Fenice Theatre. The Rialto bridge was a short walk and we discovered at the end of our stay how close we were to San Marco. I would definitely book here again. I loved the location, the extra lengths Truly Venice went to meet our needs, and the apartment itself. Just wonderful!

I would have given this stay 5 stars except we had two guests with accessibility issues and the climb up four flights of stairs and then climb to the attic bedroom were too much for an older guest. I would recommend that the listing say "not recommended for older guests or those with mobility issues". The apartment had an excellent location, the finishes and decorations were high taste level which we were very happy with that. Upon arrival we were told by the representative that the neighbor reported mice and that one sink was clogged and that during our stay someone would be coming in to the apartment to repair it. That is understandable, but caused us concern. We were also charged a cash tax charge for staying in the city and a charge for checking in after eight o'clock when outr flight arrived. The representative met us at the boat stop which we were grateful for.
