Can Garbeta by Rentallorca

Finca "Can Garbeta" is a quarry stone house surrounded by a beautiful garden with a 5m x 10m long swimming pool.

The outside area is surrounded by tall trees that will offer you a lot of privacy during your holiday. Right in front of the house, there is a table and a barbecue to enjoy meals. Further on, there is a large terrace with 6 sun loungers for sunbathing and the large swimming pool.

The front door gives access to the dining room of the house, which has large windows to take advantage of the natural light. In addition, there is a satellite TV, wifi and a fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped. There are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed. The bedrooms have a wardrobe for storing clothes, a portable fan and an electric radiator. In the living room there is an air conditioner, a sofa and another TV. Finally, the house has a bathroom with a shower.

The house is located in a rural zone, but less than 3km from the town of Manacor, where you can walk through the old town, go shopping or eat in one of the cafes or restaurants in the area. The beautiful village of Porto Cristo is also worth to visit.
