Tolle Lage / Zustand mangelhaft

Wunderschöne Lage mit exklusivem Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Pool war gut gepflegt und wie gewünscht beheizt und angenehm warm, super für die Kinder. Nur drei Auflagen für die Pool Liegen vorhanden. Leider entdeckten wir in der ersten Nacht in einem der Schlafzimmer einen starken Schimmelbefall (schwarz), diese Nacht war fürchterlich ! Am nächsten Tag bemühte sich die Agentur (danke an Carlos und Javier von Grandes Villas) den Schimmel provisorisch zu entfernen, nachdem ein Ersatzobjekt nicht in Frage kam (aktive Baustelle daneben). Somit waren die ersten beiden Tage unseres Aufenthalts stark beieinträchtigt ! Die Einrichtung im Haupthaus entspricht keinesfalls einer Luxusvilla - abgenutzt und teilweise desolat - und gehörte längst erneuert, an mehreren Stellen Feuchtigkeitsschäden mit abblätternder Farbe ! Die beiden Zimmer im Poolhaus waren in Ordnung, der Wasserdruck in den Bädern aber so gering, dass nur ein dünner Strahl aus Dusche und Waschbecken kam.
