Sawmill Station is a three bedroom tri-level home that is perfect for families with plenty of room for friends and families to spread out. The main level room is designed with socialization in mind with plush, oversized couches, flat screen TV and a warm gas fireplace on one end that lead out to one of two decks. Whip up dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and come together as a family at the six person dining table, plus there's room for three at the breakfast bar. Want to dine al fresco? The second deck has a bistro table to enjoy the cool summer nights. Designed with families in mind, this three level home features an upper level bunk room with two Twin/Full bunk beds for the kids, a Primary King bedroom, plus a third bedroom with a Queen on the lower level with patio/hot tub access.
Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King bedroom, Queen bedroom, and a Twin single and Twin/Queen in the bunk room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

The location of the condo was great - it was easy to walk into town to go out to eat, and easy to drive to the mountain or catch the shuttle. The hot tub was spacious and nice and hot. The condo community was nice and quiet and the condo was comfortable and clean!

Great place to stay for a family ski trip. A short drive to the slopes. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill across the street. The house was nice. No issues.

This is a very sweet getaway place! Tucked into a grove of Aspens, the second floor setting reminds me of being in a tree house! Close to town and the hosts are wonderful!

Great Place and location
We had more than enough room. The kitchen and outdoor space allowed us to invite our friends for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked.
The location was great for hiking trails and other in town activities.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The location is perfect from town and the lifts. I loved the park where the kids could sled! We would totally stay there again! The icing on the cake is that it was decorated for Christmas! Made it so special!

Winter Park Stay
Location was great for our ski trip. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town and the bus stops. We got in earlier then our check in time and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their offices while we explored the town. The rental was clean and communication was quick. I would definitely stay again!

Great condo in the middle of Winter Park
The condo was perfect! Walking distance to everything in Winter Park. Across the street from the outdoor amphitheater and next to some great trails. If you cook while on vacation, the kitchen has everything you need! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
Clean & comfortable & good value. The driveway was extremely slick w/snow & melt going on. We had a couple falls on the ice. We recommend some sand or salt readily available for safer access in & out of the property. Overall we had a great stay.

Great stay - highly recommend!
Sawmill Station 214 had everything we needed and more. Our family (7 total) enjoyed the hot tub, the fully furnished kitchen, and the game and movie closet. The bath and hot tub towels were in generous supply as well.
Was very impressed with the responsiveness when we reported the hot tub wasn't working - we had a hot tub team member on site within 20 minutes time. All in all we highly recommend both the unit and the management team behind it!

Right from the beginning I could tell I picked the right company. I received the help I needed in selecting the exact unit for our needs. The property was very convenient to the mountain and right in the heart of town, convenient to shopping and dining. Upon arrival, they allowed us early access (may not be possible all the time). We did have just one little issue which was handled promptly and professionally. David and Jill followed up a few times to make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Great team. I highly recommend them.

Great Time
We had a wonderful time in the townhouse. It had everything we needed. Having the two bunk beds was fun for the kids. I would have rated this excellent if not for the fact that the hot tub wasn't ready for use on our first night. I understand that it is cleaned and drained between guests. However, it is the main reason we chose this property. We didn't need the 3rd bedroom but paid extra because of the hot tub and we only got to use it one night. We had a great time in Winter Park.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Got it. Thanks for that feedback Tracy. We do have to keep things clean and sanitary for each guest. We'll work on prioritizing properties so that we can be sure tubs are nice and hot when they arrive.
I don't often provide reviews but our experience with our stay was outstanding, so I thought I should pass that along to others.
The condo has everything anyone could need. It is laid out very well, either for a family or two travelling together, or for a few childhood buddies (my group) who get together every year for a ski trip.
The condo was ready to go when we arrived, very clean, everything was in working order, beds were good, plenty of seating area, hot tub was working and clean (and hot), etc.
There was all the info to access codes, electronics, etc. provided on the main counter, so we didn't have to hunt around for it.
The location is very convenient to get into the main part of town if you don't want to drive, or are just looking for some exercise.
We booked through the Winter Park Lodging company. They did an outstanding job for us, from start to stop. I'm going to provide an excellent review on their website as well.
Can't go wrong with this condo - very pleased.

WPLC Delivers!!
We needed a last minute rental, WPLC had the best rates and service for a well appointed property. Our kids loved their bedding, the toys and we even played a game with adults & kids that was so much fun. Brand new hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen made shopping for the week a breeze. We had a great time in the perfect condo for our family of 5. The kids were crying to leave and begging us to stay in the same spot when we return. Thank you so much for a great place to have our vacation!!
