Cozy apartment on the 2nd floor very well equipped and ideal for couples. The long sandy beach is only 50 meters away, the accomodation is located in a quiet cul-de-sac right next to a nature reserve behind the main promenade. The living-dining area has got an open kitchen next to the south-facing balcony. The bedroom has a double bed.
Apartment located in Puerto de Pollensa in the Pinaret area, one of the best area in the north of the island of Mallorca. Playa dels Tamarells, a fine sandy beach, 40 meters long, is just 50 meters from the apartment. Accommodation fully equipped with an air conditioning system (hot/cold) and an Internet connection, FREE WIFI. English TV channels + access to platforms like Netflix , Amazon Prime, etc.
Private transfer service from the airport to the accommodation (under request).
There is no secure parking space for bicycles in the residential complex. Bikes aren't allowed in the apartment.

-City tax € 2 / person / night (over 16 years) from May to October. € 0.50 / person / night (plus 16 years) from November to April.

-Garbage: € 50 will be blocked , the amount will be refunded once you had recycled the garbage, the day of the check out.

Long term rental / monthly rental:
For monthly reservations, a deposit of €250 is required, at the end of the stay the electricity costs will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit must be transferred separately before the start of the rental period.
