Barcelona in September

Great location, great building and great weather. The apartment was very quiet and soundproof to the noises outdoor on the busy La Rambla street. Checkin was easy and there was a metro train station within a minute walk for easy access to anywhere in the city (or beyond). I’d definitely recommend this place to friends or family.

Our stay in Barcelona at apartment 102 La Rombla

When we arrived at our apartment around 11:30 am we were excited to learn that we could check in. The check-in was very easy, with the management explaining the rules. The apartment location on La Rambla is in the center of all the action. There were many restaurants & shops to choose from. We felt very safe walking the La Rambla Street. If we visit Barcelona again, we will definitely stay here.

Great Apartment, Great Location

Very nice unit as described, fully equipped with everything you need, even a helpful instruction manual on how to work the appliances like the washer/dryer and a welcome kit that includes things like laundry and dishwasher detergent (which a lot of apartments don't provide). Very clean, modern, and well-maintained, and you can't beat the location if you want to be near the action of the Ramblas and the Market, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Very helpful onsite management staff! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Apartment in the heart of Las Ramblas.

Agustin was very pleasant and answered promptly. The apartment was very clean and in great shape. Everything is very close from the supermarket to restaurants and bars. The Boqueria is across the street. We werent crazy about the food as it sits there all day and I didn't feel well after eating an empanada. Things to keep in mind, Las Ramblas is super noisy all day and mostly all night even after they close shops and bars. The subway/metro runs under the building none stop and it can be felt and heard. The church bells come on all day long until 11:00pm. We didnt get to use to washer/dryer we couldn't get it to work this was a deal breaker for us as we were going on a cruise and needed them to work we were there for 5 days. We need a quieter place next time.

Sanctuary in the city

Our stay in Barcelona was filled with sightseeing, lots of walking and great meals. Coming home to the apartment felt like a cool quiet sanctuary in the heart of the city. It was well stocked, great air conditioning, shower and comfortable bed. We enjoyed opening the windows and observing the street life below.

Excellent location, views, service

In the best spot on La Rambla. Easy walks to everything. Amazing views and good food, shopping and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend for your stay. Rooms were spacious, and a lovely balcony view of the Rambla.

It is located in the most visited and well-known area of Barcelona: Las Ramblas, just in front of the Boquería Market and just 5 minutes' walk from Plaza Cataluña. This area offers a wide range of leisure and restaurant services. This building is less than a minute's walk from the Liceu metro station (L3-green line), with which you can easily reach any other point in the city.

It is important to note that although the building is located in one of the busiest areas of the city, the property is completely soundproofed, which guarantees a stay in perfect calm and tranquility. The apartments have been exquisitely decorated, combining a classic touch with modern equipment for your total comfort. From the wonderful parquet flooring to the ceiling motifs, everything here has been designed to maximize your well-being. Our apartments are fully equipped and all are soundproofed. You will never miss a thing; while you stay with us you can feel at home here in Barcelona. The building has an elevator, and our office is on the top floor, where you can also use a computer and a printer, as well as come to request our help or make any queries.
