Black Oak Lodge 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - Sleeps 6. What makes this cabin so special is the incredible views of the wild and scenic South Fork of the Merced River and of Wawona Dome. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped and has granite countertops, a dishwasher, a Ninja Coffee Bar Auto-iQ Brewer, and a crockpot. The home has a washer-dryer, a top-of-the-line 60 smart satellite TV in the living room, WiFi, a Foosball table, books, board games, and Native American Artifacts. French doors open to the back deck, which overlooks the river. There is plenty of deck furniture for your enjoyment, whether listening to the calming sounds of the river or BBQs with family and friends. This is the perfect year-round cabin to enjoy sitting by a roaring fire, watching the snowfall in the winter, or sitting out on the deck enjoying the tranquil setting of pine and cedar trees and listening to the music of the river in the spring/summer, and fall.

Visit the nearby famous Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. Enjoy fine dining and play golf at the historic The Wawona Hotel, go horseback riding, fishing, enjoy Ranger walks and talks, or visit the Living History Center/Pioneer Village. In the fall, the colors are spectacular as you enjoy the walking path around the golf course of the nearby historic Wawona Lodge.
