Stunning Beach Side Apartment
The apartment is located within a luxury complex & provides everything for your first class stay. Only a few steps from your door, a resident’s private access to Perranporths famous 3-mile sandy beach. The open plan layout of this apartment offers great light & free-flowing spaces which aid your relaxing stay. The private terrace offers views of unspoiled rolling dunes.
This corner apartment in a one-of-a-kind development, almost on the beach, enjoys beautiful views which take you away from the hustle and bustle of the town and into your own unique beach side retreat. As its located on the corner, the building provides a great sound barrier from the noise on the beach and also, passers by are uncommon. The outdoor sheltered terrace is a lovely place to enjoy the morning sun.
The private parking space and local amenities mean there will be no reason for you to drive anywhere. Park up and enjoy the beach, restaurants and bars located a stones throw away.
The scandi boho interior is furnished to a high standard with all the required amenities. Appliances include dishwasher, washer/dryer, wine cooler, fridge freezer, oven and induction hob. All the required cooking utensils are provided. Each room has its own zonal temperature control allowing you to tailor the internal environment to your needs.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment, surfboard storage and external terrace. As the apartment is located on the ground floor there is also direct access to the communal lawns overlooking the dunes. A beautiful spot to look out and enjoy the sunset.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept early check-ins due to the cleaners availability.
