About this property
Small and cosy traditional Welsh cottage, Carmel , Caernarfon
Ty Bach is a small cosy traditional Welsh cottage with an inglenook fireplace and multi fuel burner . There is a lawned garden with beautiful views of the sea ,hill fort and Anglesey, the sunsets are stunning. It is set in a peaceful rural location backing onto moorland. Access to the cottage is via an unadopted track. Although it is situated in a rural area there is easy access to the Snowdonia National Park and main road links to coastal areas and in land areas. The surrounding countryside and mountains can be accessed on foot from the cottage the beach is a 10 minute drive away.
The cottage has a fully equipped fitted galley kitchen opening into the living room area. The living room has French windows looking out onto the garden and views of the sea. There is an inglenook fireplace with multi fuel burner, large comfy settee and chair. There is a smart tv with access to Prime video and a Bose speaker which links up to music web players / you tube. There is a double bedroom downstairs and downstairs bathroom and shower over the bath. There is a further bedroom upstairs with double bed, this room is accessed via a small loft staircase with no handrail ( care to be taken )
The cottage is situated in a quiet rural area, it backs onto moorland and the hillside. It is an end terraced cottage in a row of 5. From the doorstep there is easy access to the surrounding countryside, moors and mountains. It is a rural area with sheep and cows grazing right outside the cottage , it is the ideal for a quiet break to relax and experience the countryside and nature.
Parking is outside of the cottage and the space is shared with residents next door. Next door also have access to their property via the garden entrance.
The cottage is an old cottage and does not have modern amenities. The main source of heat is the multi fuel burner guests need to be able to operate this in colder weather there are radiators but these operate on a programme so will not provide constant heat . If additional heat is required via the radiators there will be an additional charge. WiFi is provided but cannot always be guaranteed, dueto rural area
