Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Es gibt jedoch eine Reihe von Punkten, die wir den Eigentümern und/oder Belvilla mitteilen möchten. - Das Haus lag sehr abgelegen und war auf dem letzten Stück über einen unbefestigten Weg zu erreichen. Für uns kein Problem, aber ich denke, es ist wichtig, es zu wissen, bevor Sie diesen Ort buchen. - Das Haus ist von Bäumen/Wald umgeben, wodurch es viele Insekten gibt. Wenn Sie allergisch dagegen sind, können Sie Spaß haben. Und es gibt keine Moskitonetze, die man an den Fenstern anbringen kann, so dass man die Fenster abends und nachts nicht öffnen kann, was zu SEHR warmen Schlafzimmern führt, in denen man nicht schlafen kann. Wir haben (sehr unbequem) unten auf der Couch geschlafen. - Die Kommunikation war schwierig, da die ältere Dame, die uns empfing, nur Französisch sprach! Und es ist natürlich nicht verpflichtend, aber wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die Gastgeber von Belvilla zur Begrüßung der Gäste stets ein Willkommensgruß ins Haus bringen, etwa eine Flasche Wein, etwas Obst oder ein regionales Produkt. Das war hier nicht der Fall; Es gab nur eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle und das war's, es war nichts da! Nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser – was angesichts der damaligen Hitze sehr willkommen gewesen wäre – kein Geschirrspülmittel, keine Streichhölzer, nichts! Wir wurden lediglich angewiesen, die Pflanzen jeden Tag zu gießen.... - last but not least: die Stromversorgung! Die Stecker an den Kabeln sind sehr veraltet, sogar antik, ebenso wie die Steckdosen. Es handelt sich um die Art, die in den sechziger Jahren verwendet wurde. Es gab auch Kabel, die durch diese alten Verbindungsstecker miteinander verbunden waren, wirklich gefährlich. Im Brandfall hätten wir nicht gewusst, was wir tun sollten.

Idéale pour des vacances au calme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Ia maison est charmante, mais il occupe qu’une partie de cette maison. Cela a été emplement suffisant pour 4 et un chien. Nous passions essentiellement notre temps à l’extérieur. Le terrain est ombragé important pour ces jours de fortes chaleurs. Si nous devions un ajouter un petit bémol, la literie est perfectible. Mais rien de rédhibitoire. Le mignon petit bourg de Villefranche est accessible à 5 minutes en voiture. Donc, un gîte idéal qui cherche la tranquillité et de ce ressourcer avec un bain de nature.

De bijzonder vriendelijke eigenaresse reed ons voor vanuit het dorp naar het huis. Prachtige ligging, Laatste stuk onverharde weg door het bos, huis ligt op open plek in bos, met aan een kant uitzicht over een dal. Veel privacy en veel rust en ruimte. Niet veel binnen geweest in huis, slaapkamer, sanitair en keuken waren in orde. Mooie omgeving ook, veel gefietst daar.

Klassisches Perigord-Bauernhaus in Alleinlage im Wald mit Blick auf Pferdeweide, 2 Wohnungen, die abgebildete ist die kleinere. Glücklicherweise war während meines Aufenthaltes die zweite Wohnung nicht vermietet, sonst wäre es im Garten eng geworden. Wohnung rustikal aber komplett eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Garten schön schattig, leider keine intakten Liegestühle vorhanden. Nebenkosten wie Kaminholz, Gas, Strom werden extra berechnet. Empfehlenswert für den, der Ruhe in der Natur sucht.

La maison très jolie à l’extérieur est située en pleine forêt dans un cadre idyllique. L’intérieur de la maison est dans son jus. L’aménagement est simple et une odeur de renfermé règne. Mais le pire se situe à l’étage. Le grand lit est complètement défoncé et une planche de contreplaqué essaie de limiter l’effet des ressorts cassés. Les deux autres petits lits sont eux aussi dans un mauvais état. L’électricité est défectueuse, l’installation n’est pas récente et pas très sécurisante. En guise de barbecue un mini barbecue électrique et un barbecue à gaz recyclé en barbecue à charbon. Bref l’aménagement est vraiment limite !
