Sea View Villa, available for long summer stays, suit remote working. Quiet hill top views over the bay of Pollenca, close to countryside walks and Bonaire Marina. 5 mins drive (15mins walk) to the stunning Son Pere and San Juan beaches and the Bonaire Marina with its few select restaurants and a dive centre. Near to old Town Alcudia. The house is modern, light and comfortable, equiped as our family home, with several terraces and its own swimming pool. Their is a large basement study studio for remote working, a cinema and games room.
