Excellent stay

This is a lovely, spacious, and inviting home. It is up to date and nicely decorated. The backyard is a gem. We looked forward to returning to the house after a long day of sight seeing. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood very close to the airport and other amenities, and only minutes away from the highway.

Westchester Vacation Rental

We just stayed at this amazing rental for 5 nights and 6 days. Centrally located to all destinations. Supermarket is down the street, parking is not a problem at all.. The House was furnished beatifically, very comfortable couches and beds. Open floor plan ...very comfy. There is a really nice backyard ...very private. Kim very extremely accommodating...and very responsive every time I reached out. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Family goes to Super Bowl

The accommodations were clean, comfortable and accessible. The crown jewel of this property is the spacious and private backyard where we spent most of our time eating, drinking and catching up. The addition of the guesthouse is perfect for a larger group with the clarification that the third bedroom is the guesthouse. Kim, the property owner, was very responsive and she convinced her family to cheered for our team in the Super Bowl!

College drop-off stay

Perfect for me, my USC student, his older brother, and their dad, to spread out. We rented the guesthouse as well. Close to airport, but minimal noise. Lots of hummingbirds live in the cozy back yard. Very roomy kitchen with multiple groceries nearby. We would stay again, for sure!

House was infested with large flying cockroaches.

House was infested with large flying cockroaches inside both houses and outside in the back of house and in the front of the house. I have pictures .Because of this my family packed up and left .House was not clean , we went in cleaning inside and outside . No where to hang clothes the closets were all full . Poor quality of linen we used our own . The tables had to be covered we purchased table cloths . The outdoor grill was a hazard and did not work . The cost of the rental and the cost of the fees was extreme for the conditions . Rental owners should be held accountable for jeopardizing what is suppose to be a legitimate website .

We were extremely disappointed to see such a negative review. This guest did not contact us at any point during her stay with these issues. If she had, we would’ve immediately sent the cleaning lady and an exterminator to address the problem. Also, no guest prior or after her arrival has ever mentioned flying cockroaches! She stayed during the heat wave so perhaps this attracted bugs? But again, extremely strange that we have no evidence of this. This guest started her interaction with us by asking for discounts, multiple times, which we honored because she said her family was going through a difficult time. After her stay she messaged to imply that she would give us a bad review unless we sent her money, noting these horrible concerns which she didn’t mention while at the house, even though we were texting regularly about other things like her not remembering the code to enter the house. This did not seem right to me and so I listened and responded to her concerns but had already been more than generous in meeting her request for discounts in the beginning. I didn’t sent her more money, and so she wrote an extremely negative review. We have hosted many guests for 4 years and take great pride in having a beautiful and very clean home as evidenced by all the other reviews. This guest was going through extreme personal hardship and perhaps that explains her discontent. The grill does work but she did not ask for help in how to use it if she needed it.

Perfect getaway!

Such a beautiful home and property! Me and my friends stayed at Kim’s house for about a week and wouldn’t change a single thing. Check in and check out were a breeze, the host was very responsive and everything was exactly as listed. The neighborhood felt very safe too. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend for familIes and groups looking to stay in a quieter area but still very close to everything. Thanks again!

Great stay in LA

This lovely home is one of the nicest short-term furnished rentals I have ever encountered, and I've experienced dozens. The location in Westchester puts it close to the great dining scenes in El Segundo, Venice, Culver City, and Manhattan Beach. The house is cozy and well-equipped and the check-in procedures could not have been easier. The Nest climate control device will keep you comfortable no matter what the weather. And the owners are nice and responsive. Very highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at Kim's. The home had everything we needed and more. Very family and kid friendly. If you have a baby, stay here. Very helpful having the crib available. The backyard was a nice place to relax and let the kids expel some energy. Would definitely recommend to others.

Meticulously clean, beautiful home with a lovely, private yard! Kim and Justin provided everything one could need, plus several little extras in case their guests forgot to bring toiletries. Nice touch. Great home for a family with children or pets. My daughter and I loved our stay and hope to return.

This house is a great place to stay while visiting West Los Angeles. I stayed for a few days and had a wonderful vacation! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. I have two kids, so it’s particularly nice to have a backyard. Since it is completely private and secured from the front yard, it is very safe. It's nice to have our own space and privacy. Getting an entire house to ourselves is much better than staying in a hotel, and it was a much better deal. I didn't even need to get a car while staying there. The kitchen is fantastic. I loved cooking breakfast and eating in. We could also walk to Vons, Trader Joe's, to get frozen yogurt, lunch, etc. Lyft got us everywhere else. We went to the marina, the beach, hiking, and other entertainment unique to LA. Kim and Justin are really friendly, and we plan on staying at their house whenever we come visit next!

Fantastic rental!

I travel to Los Angeles for work on a regular basis so I stayed in Justin and Kim's house for just a few days and had a wonderful experience. The short trip from LAX is so convenient! Plus, I was able to get to meetings in silicon beach within minutes. From the beginning, Kim and Justin were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. They were very attentive. Their house is beautiful! It's very clear that they take great care of their home down to the last detail. The towels, linens etc. were very clean and looked like new, which is very important to me. Their kitchen is very spacious with a lot of counterspace and awesome to cook in. My favorite part was the backyard! I ate my lunch out there every day and it was extremely pleasant. There is a huge hedge all the way around it so it is very private, like your own retreat! At night, the Pergola lights up automatically with string lights and it is so pretty! I also enjoyed doing my work in the backyard, or at the desk they have in their sunroom which overlooks the backyard. It was super pleasant and I was able to focus Way more than when I try to work from a hotel. They have a wireless printer too which was super convenient and they let me use their office supplies which was awesome! Overall I will definitely stay here again as my experience was much superior to staying at a hotel (more comfortable, private, flexible and less expensive.) In the past when I have come for conferences I have stayed at hotels near LAX, but their house is a much better place to stay. I could go for walks around the neighborhood as opposed to being stuck in a hotel. My trip felt more like a vacation than a work thing! thanks Kim and Justin!!
