Located within a short walking distance to the white beaches of Hilton Head, this beautiful vacation rental which sleeps up to 6 guests is ready to become your home away from home while you explore everything that the island has to offer.Enjoy a relaxing beach getaway in this spacious second level townhome that boasts a fully equipped kitchen and two master suites and is within an easy walk/bike ride to the famous Coligny Circle shops and restaurants.

Our guests also enjoy staying active with a free hour of court time at the Van der Meer Tennis Center and multiple bike trails all around the island.The open floor design of the main level creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen which features a full sized fridge with ice maker, a smooth top stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table which comfortably seats four.

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and features access to the patio with spiral staircase to the grounds of Courtside.For your entertainment, there’s a 50 inch 4K ROKU Smart TV which includes Cable, a DVD player and free wireless internet. Please feel free to login into your favorite aps as the TV is in guest mode. They will automatically log out on the selected departure date. There’s also a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Our goal is to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable a memorable stay.The two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the rental. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 32″ flat screen TV and an updated private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and an updated private bath with a tub/shower combination. Sheets and towels are provided.

The Courtside complex is located on DeAllyon Avenue just off South Forest Beach Drive. The complex is conveniently located next to the Van der Meer Tennis Center and is within a short bike ride to shops, restaurants, and tennis.This complex is also within walking (Sea Side beach access) or bike riding distance (Coligny Beach Park) to the beach and is perfect for an active family! This villa comes with one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Van der Meer Racquet Club for 2016. Up to two (2) parking passes per reservation.

The location is great, and the host was very communicative. The inside looked very nice and the beds and living area furniture were comfortable. Only downsides were most sinks/tubs drained slowly, and the paper products provided were flimsy so bring your own TP if that would bother you.

Spring Retreat

We had such a great end enjoyable vacation. This place was tastefully decorated, so very clean. I am a stickler for cleanliness. The place was comfortable, the rooms were good size, and the kitchen had all the amenities you would have had at home. It was walking distance to Coligny beach and plaza. Brandon the owner was readily available and answered any questions in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and welcoming. He definitely is a very experienced host!!

Had some inclement weather of course. It is summer. We enjoyed watching the children play tennis. We went to thrift stores and enjoyed the women and children’s one in Bluffton. The goodwill “boutiques”-not. We had a restful time. We brought the balcony furniture one night because of the weather. Suggestion for owners: invest in sheets or garter belts for sheets, remove the piece of carpet from the bottom of the stairs, the staircase needs more lighting-maybe the motion detector kind with batteries that can be attached to the walls-top and bottom of stairs, especially. Request for housekeeping-ceiling fan cleaning & air filter changes. The ice maker didn’t work but we preferred the taste of bagged ice. So no big deal for us. When you get rich and have money to burn…you might want to level the downstairs floors. Haha I understand older beach buildings and construction. We really had a nice time but because of weather-not your control-we spent a lot of time inside. Thanks again, Two old ladies

We stayed here over the week of our wedding. It was perfect for what we needed. It was a 3 minute drive to our venue and the beach. The place was clean and owner was quick to respond.

Short Getaway

My wife and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. Everything was clean, nice, and overall as-advertised in the listing. There is also beach gear for you to use, which was really helpful (beach chairs, a beach wagon, and canopy shade).

Okay but not great

Although the unit was clean, the decor was dated and not put together well. There was a mish mosh of furnishings, no wall decor, faded mismatched bed coverings. There was no working clock, closets that were stuck and unable to open, bathroom drawers with hardware missing. The kitchen was equipped adequately with the exception of no plastic or storage containers. Place definitely needs some work. Too much money for too little!

A nice, well-equipped condo in a great location!

We just enjoyed 3 weeks in Brandon's lovely condo. It is located just north of maybe HH's best beach - Forest Beach. It's about a 6-minute walk to this fabulous, wide, HARD, white beach. Coligny Plaza is a cute shopping center just a few blocks from the condo. It has everything you really need, including 2 great bakeries, a Publix, lots of cute shops (not overpriced either!), and some really tasty restaurants. We enjoyed The Earle of Sandwich, Skillets, and most especially VINE. Consider their $30/pp prie fixe menu if you can get there before 6 pm. Marvelous food! The condo itself is on the second and third floors of the building, with a small front porch and a back porch overlooking the tennis courts. There is a nice little electric grill out there that we used several times. The great room is spacious and the kitchen is VERY well-equipped with just about everything you need to cook. Upstairs, both bedrooms are large and airy, with small but very clean and updated bathrooms. Brandon is a terrific landlord and was most helpful to us whenever we had some questions. Some secrets we learned: rent a bike from Holiday Inn Express just down DeAllyon toward the beach and then left on S. Forest Beach one block. They are great. Next door to them is "Sedgwick" the shrimp man. He sells huge, freshly caught pink shrimp for $10/pound. YUM! When you want to ride on the beach, just go down DeAllyon to S. Forest, turn left for about 100 feet, cross S. Forest and enter the Seaside Villas complex. They have a nice beach access path. Then figure out where the wind is coming from and ride on the beach with the wind at your back. It's great fun! Come back via the regular bike paths (all 60 miles of them) if you want to avoid the wind. If you are going to the right toward Sea Pines, enjoy riding on that fabulous hard beach until you get beyond Marker 46. Then take any of the beach access lanes into Sea Pines, and thus avoid the $6.00 charge they require if you enter by the gates. Sea Pines is a remarkable place for bike riding. Brandon also steered us to the Fitness Center which is inside the Spinnaker Resort Hotel about 2 blocks north on DeAllyon. It costs about $55/pp for a month, but it has a lovely warm pool and a very good set of fitness machines. They also offer classes with trainers there. The rest of the island is a joy to explore. Lots of things to do. So get out there! We hope you'll love it as much as we did!

Nice apartment a short walk from the beach

Our stay was nice and communication with Brandon, the owner, was very good. The apartment was overall clean, but a few spots could have had a bit more care (bathrooms and bed covers, for example; there was some hair and dirt in the bathrooms and some of the bed covers and pillows had strange looking stains on them). The kitchen was well stocked. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thanks for a nice stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better 'off beach" location. Very clean, well maintained and all the amenities were as offered. Its is a perfect size condo for a group/family of 4 although 6 could easily manage the space. Kitchen is a nice size with full laundry and all the appliances are relatively new and clean. There are some beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys for the little ones located in the hall closet. Which came in very handy for our days at the beach. Both private pools were very nice and secure with plenty of tables and seating. The Condo's location is just a short walk from the beach with a very nice paved public access. A little further walk to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shops and to the "Tiki Hut" which sits out as close to the beach as you can get. Great experience and would rent this unit again.

Perfect family getaway

Super close to Coligny Beach, Sea Pines, and all the best local restaurants. Next time we will rent a bike for sure! Clean, quiet property... property owner left us flowers since we were there on our honeymoon. So thoughtful!
