Casa Beatriz is a beautifully located holiday home in Praia da Luz on the western Algarve with views out to the sea. The house is situated in a quiet villa neighbourhood, Quinta da Bela Vista, overlooking gentle green hills. It is a corner property with a private pool. The grounds feature a fenced, well-maintained garden and a covered terrace. From the roof terrace, there is a wonderful view of Praia da Luz bay.

Comfortably and very nicely furnished as well as well equipped, the house offers a successful ambiance for a relaxing holiday.



Beach and centre of Praia da Luz are within a few minutes' walk. However, the return journey is uphill.

Casa Beatriz is particularly suitable for small families who wish to spend a quiet, undisturbed holiday with a private pool.

The Villa feels like home. It is not the most modern interior and it is a little worn here and there, but the words to describe it are Cozy; Comfortable; Inviting; and Family. The location, at the top of a fairly steep hill from the beach, is quiet and peaceful. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and utensils and the bedrooms are comfortable with lots of wardrobe space. The pool the dining area terrace and the roof top terrace are a real bonus. The hosts Ingrid and Paula, took care of everything, from the administration of booking and arrival, random questions and on site assistance. Response could not have been better

Lovely villa

The villa was excellent in most ways, could possibly use a little updating here and there. The location is very pleasant and peaceful but a quite a long and hilly walk to be beach and restaurants etc, not ideal for for everyone. The pools is a nice size and was cleaned regularly during our stay, the outside space is nice with parking if you plan to hire a car, also we found the local taxi service to be really good and very reasonably priced. In summary we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in luz and would certainly consider returning in the future.

We had a lovely 2 week holiday at Villa Beatriz. The villa is clean and spacious with all accommodation on one level leading out to the large sunny terrace where we spent much of our time. The area is quiet and close to countryside inhabited by many Algarve bird species which we were able to watch from the terrace - as nature lovers, this was a great bonus. The short walk down to the beach is enjoyable, we easily found taxis on the occasions we did not fancy the walk back up the hill. The only comments we would make on improvements would be that a table and chairs next to the pool would be nice to make it easier to spend time there, and the shower in the ensuite would benefit from some attention. But these were minor points and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Villa, comfortable for me and two nearly teens. Smart TV, internet was fine until evening when the wind picked up. Plenty of towels. Pool is big kids loved it. Two good bathrooms. Easy cooking facilities, easy to keep clean. We had no problems with ants at all. We didn't use the roof top or BBQ but great to have. Uber eats delivers. Lidl 10 minutes away in Lagos with fresh bakery. We would visit again 100%. Feedback - try connect the TV to the modem with an ethernet cable, it may help with the signal problem. A pair of scissors in kitchen would be good. Beds are firm.

Einfach alles super! Kleinigkeiten siehe Verbesserungen. Schöner Pool mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern. Es sollten kaputte oder fehlende Fliesen ersetzt werden, um die Außendarstellung des schönen Objektes zu bewahren.

Hier hat alles gepasst

Abgekommen an der Unterkunft war schon mal wichtig zu sehen das dies zu 100 Prozent mit den Bildern übereinstimmt. Gut ausgestattete Zimmer, sehr sauber, gute Einrichtung, es ist halt alles da was man braucht. Poolwartung durchgehend, Zwischenreinigung, alles bestens. Absolut ruhige Lage, sehr gut zum Entspannen. Ich wüsste nicht was man verbessern könnte, wir haben diesen Aufenthalt genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne, wind- und sonnengeschützte Terasse, gepflegter Pool und ruhige Umgebung War alles in Ordnung, nur die Handtuchhalterung im Bad am Flur könnte mal befestigt werden, sie fällt dauernd aus der Wand
