Aesthetically pleasing, and located within the popular village of Niton, this wonderful family home is within walking distance of the extensive amenities available in the village including local pub, grocery store, pizza restaurant and pharmacy. The propety is also within walking distance of the coast.

The property perfectly combines attractive characterful features, such as flagstone floors, exposed beams and an inglenook fireplace, with useful modern conveniences such as a utility room, detached garage and parking for three vehicles.

Niton is a sought-after village located on the south coast of the island, and has both coastal and country access, superb footpaths, and bridleways, and beautiful, rugged coastline and beaches. A welcome hamper is provided on arrival, and during the festive season, the property is decorated with a Christmas theme.

Easter holiday in Isle of Wight

We had a lovely time at Sandstones which is a characterful and very nicely decorated and equipped cottage. We also found lots to do in the vicinity despite the weather not being very kind including visits to Osborne House and Carisbrooke castle and enjoyed spotting red squirrels in Borthwood copse. Hot tub was also great. A minor issue with one of the showers was very quickly resolved by the owner. Highly recommended.

What a find ! As a family we were all absolutely thrilled when we arrived, it felt like home straight away , similar lay out downstairs to our home so felt very comfortable from the off.Wonderful welcome hamper on arrival with some great local produce , the majority of it disappeared within the first few days - very tasty!Karen our host was delightful, could not have wished for a better host , she made our stay even more relaxed. Very clean and tidy on arrival , more than plenty kitchen utensils and plenty of cleaning products to hand if required , we always take our own with us and kept everything spicy and span as we went along just as you would at home . The washer and dryer - family sized so was brilliant on a couple of rainy days . Sunny days the hot tub - extremely well serviced by Karen each day was also a great addition to our relaxation days . TV took a bit of working out but once we used the old grey cells it was fine , a truly lovely place , ideally situated on the island , very quiet , nice pub within a short walking distance and a great convenience store ten minute walk , very well stocked fresh bread , bakery items . Sadly we needed to use the services of a vet whilst there - highly recommended Carrisbrooke surgery if needed . Last but not least we would return definitely! ❤️
