Set within the owner’s 6-acre estate, the meadow beyond; accessed through a gate from the cottage garden, then through another gate where the horses roam. At the top of the meadow is an aptly placed bench offering the perfect spot for watching the sun go down over the hills and countryside. Not forgetting the magical private woods to the right of the property which are waiting to be explored.

What a great place to stay. Anyone wanting to stay in the country side and be able to go any where in Kent, this cottage is a must. The cottage has everything you needWe had an amazing week Thanks
Beautiful surroundings, cottage with great decor, great welcome pack and very peaceful. Beds very comfortable. The owner was very understanding due to a day delay on arrival on our part.
What a fantastic stay. We chose this property as we needed to vacate our home whilst work was being done, but it ended up so much more than just a place to lay our heads. The location, near the main road was ideal, but actually very quiet, as it was set down a hill. Pauline, the owner, couldn't have been more accomodating, finding extra parking for us and sorting out things very quickly. The location was brilliant, especially for our 2 dogs who loved the peaceful walks in the near vacinity
