This one bedroom villa has a privileged location just 5 minutes walk from the center of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina, where you will find plenty of entertainment. This elegant accommodation is perfect for groups or family trips. The villa has in fact 3 bedrooms though guests are able to rent 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, all en-suite.bedrooms.The house consists of 2 floors: On the ground floor fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven. There are no gas appliances, twin en-suite bedroom, sitting room, a small toilet and a covered terrace with barbecue. for meals al fresco. On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms, each one with a terrace.The owners, Fernando and Tanya live in the basement but they have their own entrance and offer 100% privacy to the guests, besides they are always prepared to help the guests in any situation. When guests book only one bedroom they get the double masters room on the 1st floor, or if they wish the twin bedroom on the ground-floor, with one single bed and another pull out bed..

I bought this house in 1992, because it was in a very good location, at a walk distance to the center, marina, beach and Quarteira, at the time my family consisted of 5 people, me my wife and my 3 sons. >They have now their own family and the house became to bog just for the two of us. Se we decided to rente the upper floors, as we live in the basement with our small dog George. We have our own entrance which allow us to be independent of the upper floors, and of course we offer our guests completely privacy.
